Set in a residential area of Cascais, not far from (Paula Rego's House of Stories Museum), gardens, the marina and the train station to Lisbon, it is perfect for those who like to mingle with the life of the town and would not mind to leaving cars behind. There is a local Hoppa bus service running into central Cascais every 15mins stopping near the beaches & station.

This well located budget 1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2 adults and also a very young child it is located very close to the heart of Cascais night-life. The street on where the apartment is located is quiet. Guests can however benefit to the close proximity of excellent restaurants, beaches, bars, shops, etc. From here you can visit Estoril and Sintra very easily. Lisbon is also reachable very easily using the convenient railway that connects Lisbon to Cascais. From the City centre in Lisbon, guests may get on the underground network and gain access to many places of interest. Sintra is located within a 25mins drive away.

Notes

  • A security deposit of €200 will be required when staying at this property. This amount will be fully refunded on your check out providing that nothing has been damaged at the property.
    The sum of €50.00 (Fifty Euro) may be deducted from the security deposit if the property is found to be left in unsatisfactory or inappropriate state of cleanliness.
    A deposit of 20% of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking, the remainder is to be paid upon arrival.
    Guest clients are advised to book their own travel and holiday insurance.

    Please note that the minimum stay of 3 nights will not apply for the period of high season.

    Minimum stays of 3 nights are welcomed in the Low and Mid seasons but NOT during the months in High season. The following rates apply.
    Apartment rental for a minimum of 3 nights at €100 per night.

    A supplement will apply for more than 2 persons staying at this property.

    Entry dates are Saturdays however, we can be flexible.
  • If your arrival is delayed, you MUST contact the person whose details are given on our booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the property.
  • How to get to the property: Most worldwide airlines offer direct flights into Lisbon Airport. The property is roughly 28km from the airport, if you wish to pre-book our personal airport transfer service, one of our drivers will be waiting for you and your party at the airport terminal. Transport for 2/3 people with reasonably sized luggage in a private minivan to this destination is currently available. If you would like to book this service, please let us know and we will be happy in reserving your booking. You can also book your hire car to meet you at the airport, this special offer is now available for guests staying at this property.
