3 Bedroom villa sleeps 9 with large garden, fully furnished kitchen, A/C, BBQ

Beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa with privat swimmingpool, wonderfull sea view and over the mountains, in the prestigious area of Coveta Fuma.

You have all privacy, no noise from traffic, perfect to relax !! There are many shaded and sun drenched terraces located around the property.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with double bed and a single bed (sleeps 3), in living is a double sofa bed (suitable for 9 persons). There are 2 complete bathrooms, large lounge with piano, chimney, Satellite TV (All channels), completely American equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, grill, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave). The spacious living room with terrace doors leads out to a lovely garden. Beautiful terraces with teak garden furniture, sunbeds and a covered BBQ area. 5 Minutes drive away is the local town centre where you will find secluded sandy coves, supermarket, playground for the kids, terraces, bars and restaurants

Extra's; air-con, BBQ with outside kitchen, garden, garden chairs, garden table, parking space, pergola, private swimming pool, sun beds.

Within 2 minutes walking you find a few bars (There is WIFI !) and restaurants.

The local train station is 5 minutes of the villa for sightseeing along the Costa Blanca!

La Coveta Fuma is part of the El Campello municipal, is a quiet and tranquil urbanisation situated on the Mediterranean coast of Spain between Benidorm and Alicante. This part of Costa Blanca is also known as the ' Florida ' of Europe due to its mild and subtropical climate.
