The layout consists of a spacious living room, an open kitchen and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bathroom cabinet with a wash basin and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The villa, built on a private property of approx. 2000 m2, has a beautiful flowered tropical garden with a beautiful large swimming pool and lots of privacy. On the partly covered terrace you can relax under calmly colored umbrellas from comfortable loungers or the lounge set, relax and enjoy the truly magnificent view of the beach and Bali sea.

You rent the villa in its entirety, so it does not matter if you come with 2 or 8 people. There are no other guests. Our permanent staff (included in the rent) consists of two housekeepers (depending on the number of guests), a gardener and a security guard. The service of the employees is included in the price.

The housekeepers (pembantu's) will cook for you 6 days a week, keep the villa clean, make the beds and take care of your daily groceries. They can even do your laundry and ironing, even if it is for your own risk. The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool is entrusted to our regular gardener. The security guard keeps an eye on things in the evening and at night, protects the guests and the villa and is, if necessary, a point of contact during those hours.

We make use of our Helpdesk located near the villa, which can offer you all the necessary support and service when needed. One of the members of the staff will visit you after your arrival and they can also provide transportation to and from the villa, from the airport or any other location in Bali. The Helpdesk also provides day-to-day transport on demand and can arrange tourist trips on its own.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are sufficiently present and included in the price. The villa has a fast fiber optic connection with free wireless internet.

All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioners. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds with mosquito net. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, also with mosquito net.

In the garden, near the beach is at the end of the terrace / swimming pool a so-called Balé Benong (rest house with thatched roof, a large mattress, cushions and around rollable lined bamboo wind and sunscreens). From this place you can enjoy a wonderful massage (Wellness at home), an unobstructed view over the beach, the Bali sea and regularly the activities of local fishermen with their characteristic boats.

After your arrival you will be offered a free welcome dinner, as well as a breakfast the next morning.

Smoking in the villa is not allowed. We would like to keep the villa smoke-free for guests who do not like it. But you can do that outside on the (covered) terrace.

Relaxing seaside holiday

We were a group of 2 couples who spent Christmas at Villa Cerah. From the initial contact with the villa owners we had a great feeling about how the rest of the trip would turn out. The booking process was very easy and we arrived at the villa with high expectations. Our expectations were met with awesome villa staff, a beautiful villa/gardens/pool and all the amenities we could ask for. The housekeepers Sani and Ulu were exceptional, they sure know how to cook! They made us beautiful breakfast, lunch and dinner as we requested. The villa is in a very quiet part of Bali, perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta or Seminyak! As the villa is in a quiet part further down from Lovina, be prepared to relax and enjoy the quiet. Lovina and other northern Bali attractions are a short drive away for those days you wish to do something active or seek a change of scenery. There was security on site and we felt very at home here. Fantastic stay! Thank you :)

THE Perfect villa in a fantastic location!

We've just returned from a two week stay at Villa Cerah. The description and photos were completely accurate, in fact we found it even better than we expected. Extremely clean and well kept, this villa was perfect for our family of four. Our children loved swimming in the well maintained pool, the water temperature was warm day or night! The bedrooms were air-conditioned which was very welcome after the humid hot days, with mosquito nets over all the beds which offered well needed protection from the mozzies. The staff, Sani, Regan and Gusti were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location was lovely with beautiful views of the mountains from the front and the sea from the back. There is a local fishing village about 200 metres up the beach and my husband enjoyed waking early and photographing the fisherman bringing in their daily haul and watching the children play. The local town of Serririt was fantastic with a huge supermarket (Hardy's) offering some Western foods, and real local markets and offerings in the surrounding streets, very few tourists there which we loved. Lovina is a 30 min drive and offers great restaurants, markets and spas. We highly recommend Global Village Kafe in Lovina for the best coffee and yummy food with great service and Spice Beach Club in Lovina for a more expensive, but highly exceptional dining experience (and they offer free p/up and d/off service). The drivers that we used were recommended by the villa staff and were professional and safe and knew all the places to go. We enjoyed snorkelling at Mangellan Island, the Buddhist Temple, Hot Springs and so much more. Oh and the best desserts are found at the chocolate museum halfway to Lovina! Our children LOVED swimming with the dolphins at the Melka Hotel - an experience not to miss! and we even saw dolphins from our pool one day - beautiful. The gardens around the villa were divine and we enjoyed relaxing in the bale and on the porch. Sani cooked us some amazing local food which we enjoyed a lot. The only negative was there is a Muslim mosque nearby and they broadcast the prayers and chanting early morning and early evening, which initially we found annoying, but we soon learned to take it in as part of the experience. We highly recommend this villa, the communication with Herbert & Rita in Holland was exceptional and backed up by the fantastic staff they have employed to manage the villa. THANK YOU so much. Geweldig genoten in Villa Cerah!!!

Het contact met de eigenaren bij het zoeken naar een mooi verblijf in Lovina verliep zeer goed. Ze hadden goede tips voor ons en we zijn dan ook superblij dat we voor hun Villa Cerah hebben gekozen! Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad in deze prachtige villa! In het echt is het hier nóg mooier dan op de foto's. We voelden ons als een koninklijke familie. We hebben ons ontzettend goed vermaakt, mede dankzij de geweldige staff met hun heerlijke kookkunsten en hun contacten in de buurt om de mooiste excursies te regelen. Nog één dag genieten en dan verder naar ons volgende verblijf. Het is dat we nog verder gaan naar andere plaatsen, maar we hadden hier zó nog 2 weken kunnen verblijven!

Indruk Villa Cerah

Villa Cerah was voor ons een fantastische ervaring. Alles wat de eigenaar beloofde heeft hij waargemaakt. De staf was enorm servicegericht. Onze welgemeende complimenten aan zowel de Eigenaar als het personeel. Wij zullen in de toekomst zeer zeker naar deze Onderkomen wederkeren. Chapeau.

Why they chose this property

We have long searched for a suitable place, but here in Bali everything came together: A beautiful location, plenty of culture and sights and above all friendly people. All seasons beautiful weather (average 30 ° C), a location right on the beach and sea and with a beautiful tropical garden. We think it's very nice to be able to share our "Bali Feeling" with the guests of our villa. Selamat Datang di rumah kami (Welcome to our house).

What makes this property unique

Despite its young existence, this holiday villa by making conscious, especially practical choices in the construction and fitting, we received very quick the Zoover Highly Recommandation 2013, the Zoover Winner Award in 2014 and recently received the Zoover GOLD Award in 2015 (5th in the category villas all over Indonesia). An excellent result that is not in the least place was for the committed service and cooking of the permanent employees. Villa Cerah with wonderful reviews rewarded by a multitude of enthusiastic and international guests.
The villa is very conscious designed with a living room and an open kitchen. The four air-conditioned bedrooms have for your privacy each its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a choice made for a practical design that fits the authentic Bali. Some of the furniture is therefore made of bamboo, which is highly appreciated by the guests and the increase in their holiday feeling. Beds have a mosquito net, so you may or may not be free to use the air conditioning.
In an all seasons average temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius you live mostly outdoors. And that is where the emphasis is on at Villa Cerah with a comfortable lounge set under the roof to relax in and a large 8-seater outdoor table to enjoy and your meals served. For sun worshipers, there is the immediately adjacent spacious terrace with sun beds and parasols. From there, as you splash in the large pool to cool off. Do you want to get in private to relax, you can use the garden shed (bale benong) with a large mattress and plenty of pillows, where you past the palm trees (in our highly acclaimed tropical garden) and have a unique view over the Bali sea or where you can enjoy a wonderful relaxing massage. In short, all the elements come together at Villa Cerah for an unforgettable and heavenly stay in Bali. You're welcome.
