This home sits exactly three blocks from the Historic Saratoga Spa race track and four blocks from the downtown shopping and restaurant area. We are in close walking distance to the track, downtown and the Fasig Tipton barns. It has central air-conditioning and an in ground heated pool. The home sits on a quiet side street in the heart of the Saratoga Historic District. The house comes with a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and a washer and dryer. Off street parking for two cars is available.

Such a warm and inviting home

We had a great trip staying in this beautiful home from 1899. The owners were so welcoming and had made their home feel like our own for our stay. We enjoyed grilling dinners outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We got in our car one time all week to take a nice 1/2 hour drive to Lake George for the day, but otherwise walked everywhere over the week. It was 5 minute walk to town and 5-10 minutes to the racetrack. I would love to stay in this home again and had a great time in Saratoga. I would definitely recommend this rental as well as the owners. They were great at quickly responding to any questions we had while trying to book the reservation, all the way through our stay. Could not have been happier.

Great House in a great town

Saratoga is the August place to be for sure. We love the track and nightlife. My family has been coming here for ten years now and the town never disappoints. The restaurants are the best. We love Wheat fields but the house owners told us of Pennell's that is off the beaten path. It is our new favorite!
As for the house it is in the perfect spot to enjoy the entire Saratoga experience. We loved our mornings by the pool and cocktails on the front porch. The Mcwiggins are very nice and give you a beautiful home to enjoy. By far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Every little detail is taken care of. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. We had no problems at all. We hope to return again next year and make this a traditional place for our family to stay.

Location! Location! Location!

This was a wonderful weekend spot. Our car never left the driveway. We walked to the track and downtown every night. The pool and private yard were tremendous. It was like having your own private area in the middle of a bustling tourist town. The only downside was that we couldn't pick any winning horses and the track was crowded.
