Center hall colonial located on cul de sac in quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Gavin Park and McGregor Country Club within walking distance. Property is beautifully landscaped with four perennial gardens. Home includes formal music room with baby grand piano, study with internet access, formal dining room, open floor plan with kitchen and family room with fireplace. Second floor has four bedrooms. Finished basement includes television room with cable and another bedroom with queen size antique iron and brass bed. Large deck in private backyard. Ping pong and basketball, equipment available. A unique aspect of the home is its eclectic art collection, from Victorian era prints, Caribbean folk art, to contemporary originals.

Golf: Area golf courses include: Saratoga National Golf Club, McGregor Links Country Club (summer memberships are available), and Saratoga Spa State Park.

Swimming: Pool at the McGregor Links Country Club (summer memberships are available) and Saratoga Spa State Park. Brown's Beach on Saratoga Lake. Moreau State Park 15 minutes away with beach and picnic facilities. Lake George and beaches 30 minutes drive.

Saratoga Springs offers world class horse racing and polo events. Home is minutes away is the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Skidmore College (which offers free summer concert series as well as tours of the Tang Art Museum), excellent shopping and dining in downtown Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga National Golf Course, and the Saratoga Spa State Park which has numerous public pools, recreational areas, and golf. Lake George is a 30 minute drive and the gateway to the Adirondacks is 15 minutes away. Saratoga Springs has become a mecca for the arts: Beekman Art District, Art in the Park festivals, and various music and performance events. Historically, the oldest attraction to Saratoga is the mineral waters and spas. Spa offerings are diverse and plentiful in the area.
