We invite you to enjoy our modern comfortable vacation home on the spectacular Sonoma Coast. Located in the quaint coastal town of Jenner, California, this home is situated on a hillside above the estuary where the Russian River ends and the Pacific Ocean begins. This ideal location provides beautiful views of the ocean, river and coastal canyon from every room. Minutes from picturesque Bodega Bay and the Sonoma wine-making region, this property provides a perfect base for exploring Sonoma County's world class wineries, eateries, and all of the outdoor activities the river and ocean have to offer.

Spend a couple of days coast side exploring quiet beaches, beautiful redwood groves, an historic fort, quaint shops and gourmet restaurants, or go active by renting kayaks for exploring the Russian River estuary and surfside seal rookeries. Hire horses for a beachfront ride or hike the miles of trails alongside the spectacular coastline.

At the end of the day, relax on the expansive deck and watch pelicans, ospreys, and hawks soar over the estuary as the sky turns brilliant pastel colors and the sun slowly sinks into the Pacific. Enjoy a meal of locally caught crab or other fresh seafood prepared at home, or visit one of the area's excellent restaurants. As a nightcap, listen to the ocean waves crashing on the rocks with the glow of the moon on the river as you enjoy a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub.

You can also head inland to spend a day (or several) exploring the world famous Sonoma County wine growing region. Sonoma County is home to dozens of wineries that invite you to sample some of the world's best Chardonnay's, Merlot's, Pinot Noir's, Cabernet's and many other local varieties. The wineries of the Napa Valley are also only a short 45-minute drive away, making Jenner the perfect location for exploring all that Northern California has to offer.

Wonderful place

Our family, plus our small dog, had a terrific time in this beautiful Jenner home. We highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life to enjoy some piece, quiet, and also be close to lots of outdoor activities and some great wine tasting.

Beutiful Home with a great view

A beautiful modern home with views that are next to none. Our family had a great time relaxing at the house. The house is close to fantastic Sonoma Wineries and my family enjoyed the Armstrong Redwoods that were close by. We took a stroll along the ocean with our dog. We will definitely return to this beautiful home.

This lovely home is located in the small, remote town of Jenner, CA. We saw deer around the property and had a gorgeous view of the lake, and also the ocean in the distance. It was about a 30-45 minute drive from most of the wineries we wanted to visit. The home is clean and has everything you need. Our only caution would be that it is located on a very narrow and steep road, and our tiny car had a very difficult time going up and down, so I would recommend an SUV or a powerful car to get to it. Otherwise, it was a lot of fun. It was a quick (and gorgeous) drive to Bodega Bay where "The Birds" was filmed, and there were some cute beachy restaurants there right on the ocean.
