This large pool villa has been furnished with a great array of decorative and Provencal elements. The garden and pool are both very private. The house offers relaxation amidst nature, in the garden, on the terraces. The climate is very favourable - even in midsummer. The surroundings are very charming.

You will enjoy the panoramic view over vineyards from the seaside to the Alps nearby.

Further Details: The house is located on a cul-de-sac in the Zone Vert at the edge of the woods. Distance from the beach: 15,000 meters.

Various golf courses within 20 to 35 minutes by car.
