Spectacular Water Front 7th Floor with Marina & Gulf Views!

Just returned from a two week stay at Burnt Store Marina. This gated complex is terrific and homey. It is a lovely and friendly community. A great place to unwind and escape the miserable Northeast winter. As for the condo and the 7th floor of the Harbor Towers, it met all our expectations. As we have family at Burnt Store, we knew exactly what was in store. The Towers are clean and very well maintained. This condo has a gorgeous view overlooking the marina, the gulf and the sunny horizon. We spent any time in the condo on the balcony taking in the views, reading, playing cribbage or pursuing any other excuse to laze outside. The condo was very quiet; I wasn't aware of other guests in the Towers. The ammenities in the area are plentiful.

The condo owners were terrific to deal with. They were very patient with my many, many inquiries as this was my first time renting through VRBO. The rental went without a hitch. In a word, they were completely trustworthy (and this is top priority when planning a getaway). I would not hesitate to stay at this condo again and offer ringing endorsements for the owners. As for the condo per se, it was clean, well maintained and replete with the comforts of home.

You can't go wrong visiting Burnt Store, staying at this condo and dealing with the owners. If life goes according to schedule, we will return next year!

Just a quick note on the golf. I am a "golfing snob" playing at beautiful 18 hole courses. These three 9 hole courses are executive courses. The Heron and Pelican courses are lovely; the Osprey course is marginal. We walked 9 holes every afternoon. I was able to take my wife and kids out to the courses and they had a great time. The courses aren't Pebble Beach but they were great for the family and the kids never tired of seeing the alligators. I was happy to use the time to work on my short game and you couldn't beat the price.
