Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in the Turks and Caicos. The owner, and Jenny and Adrian were all a pleasure to deal with, and the villa was beautiful. It looks exactly the same as on the website. It is in a great central location, only a few minutes to the beach. Most evenings, we walked along the beach to our chosen restaurant and enjoyed the sunset. We participated in many activities, including parasailing, horseback riding and deep sea fishing. I would highly recommend this villa.

Owner's Response: Thank you Dave and Chantal. It is important to us that our guests have the best time ever and getting exactly what they expected. The best thing about our place is our location, Ocean Club West beach and kid's friendly house. Being able to walk to all that you need is why we picked this house and bought it last year. It is also nice that most of the water excursions come right to the beach and pick you up so that you will not need a car at all. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation at our place and thanks for the great complements to us and Jenny and Adrian. See you guys soon.

Great vacation!

Great vacation! We highly recommend visiting the Turks and Caicos and staying at Ocean Club West. Everything was extremely easy from the beginning. Terrific communication with the owner. The condo was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The property managers so nicely had fruit, water and a bottle of wine waiting for us....above and beyond.

We have four children and the owner was very accommodating ... bringing in a cot and a pack n play for the baby. Some reviews mention there being no balcony. I have also stayed in one of the condos with a balcony ... my two cents on it ... if you have young children, it is better not to have a balcony (one less thing to worry about). And if my husband and I were in T&C without kids, we would be on the beach or at one of the beautiful restaurants or bars, not in the apartment on a balcony. This apartment is very comfortable, clean and spacious - definitely don't let the no balcony thing turn you off.

The location is fantastic. We have walked up and down Grace Bay and will probably always come back to Ocean Club West because this is truly the most beautiful stretch of beach. And being able to walk to the grocery store and the ice cream shop with the kids is a huge plus. Grace Bay is big - you cannot do this from most of the resorts.

We hope to be back soon!

Owner's Response: Thank you Sarah. We use VRBO and HomeAway ourselves for our travels and a good communication with the owners makes it that much easier. Like you guys, most of the days is spent at the beach and in the water snorkeling or just chilling. The rest of the time we just seem to do casual walks at the beach or the restaurants and shops. Our location makes it so much easier to just walk and burn off those drinks and the great food. Our 3 kids enjoy our house is it is a very kid's friendly house and the resort has one of the best pools and the beaches in the island. We hope to have you guys back soon.

Best vacation ever

We rented the appartment at the Plaza for 4 weeks. And we made a very good choice. Everything was like in the description: Friendly, comfortable and clean. The Ocean Club West Plaza is in the Centre Area of Gracebay. A 3 minutes walk to the next dive shop. 5 minutes from the Gourmet Supermarket, where you can buy fine food, if you don´t want to go out to one of the very nice restaurants nearby.
The beach is amazing and the whole Ocean Club West is very "gemütlich" as we say in German when a place is not to crowded and has all what you need to feel pleasent.
We had nothing to claim. The kitchen has all things you need, if you want to cook or to prepare your breakfast. Our little daughter felt at home also. So we plan to come back next year!! It was more than worth the money!

Owner's Response: We love the location of our house and the beach at our resort. It is nice not needing to have a car and being able to walk to it all. It is also nice having not many people around you at the beach. Ocean Club West is always on the pictures of Grace Bay with it's pink umbrellas as it is trully one of the nicest section of Grace Bay. Our stay at Villa Del Azzurra Ocean Club West

All I can say is, what a wonderful way to spend a vacation. Villa Del Azzurra is located just a couple minute walk from Grace Bay Beach on the campus of Ocean Club West. Shawn Ravery, the owner of the home, was wonderful. He helped through the whole booking process, gave information about various activities, restaurants, car rental places, etc on the Island, and kept in touch before, during, and after the trip as needed. When we arrived, we had the pleasure meeting the property managers, who were also very nice and informative, making for a comfortable transition into the home. All in all, it was such a pleasure to stay in a beautiful, clean, well-kept home during our week long stay. We had plenty of space to spend time with the others on the trip, as well as plenty of room for privacy. I would highly recommend this property for travelers looking for a great place to stay, with a friendly owner and property manager, who were such a pleasure to work with. Thank you for adding to our wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning.

We ourselves book our vacation home using HomeAway and VRBO and we know how important it is to give as much as information possible along with more pictures and a video of the house to our guests so that they know what they are renting and if it will work for them. This house is the first house we stayed in when we first visited Provo in 2010 and loved it so much that we decided to buy it when it became available. Awesome Location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Club West. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and a quiet environment. Our rental started with very good communication with the owners in arranging the rental. Shabab was great to work with and was able to answer all the questions that I had.

Ocean Club West is just a few blocks from Supermarket, across the street from a French Bakery and walking distance to plenty of restaurants/shops. The Island is safe so every night we walked someplace to have dinner and never thought twice about safety.

It was a very short walk to the best beach in the Caribbean. The resort has a great pool area. The staff is very friendly. We spent many hours at the beach.
The only issue that we had was the beds were very hard and it would have been nice to have an alarm clock in the bedrooms.

I would highly recommend Staying at Shahab and Gurvinder Ravery place. I hope to return as soon as possible.

Your comments about the safety and nice and quite is exactly the reason why we decided to buy a couple of places in here for us and our kids so as they grow up, we would not have to worry about safety issues. Further, we thank you for some of the pictures you sent us as they were amazing. We tried to buy firm mattresses as they are a little healthier on the back but I understand that it may feel hard at times. I have told myself that when we are on our vacation, no more alarms and no watches as that is what we do back home. We are there to enjoy and go with Island Time which is no set time for anything.
