Located in Canmore, at Canmore Crossing, 1120 Railway Ave., Stay in your own condo in a great central location. Just minutes to most of what you likely want to do in Banff, Canmore and surrounding area.

You can leave the condo and walk to many restaurants, pubs, shops, even Starbucks.

A more expensive set of mattresses than you get in your typical hotel room (the owner knows what it is like to have a bad back). There are books in the suite about popular hikes, a picnic basket, cork screw, a storage cage for bikes and ski equipment, a lot of little things other places don't have.

Great Condo in conveniet location
Excellent Condo, better than we anticipated everything we needed. Kitchen well set up with equipment and staples to be able to be self suffient if you desire. Nothing we could fault...had an awesome stay. Supermarkets, restaurants, liquor stores within short walk and also beautiful canmore shopping centre. The weather closed in while we were here and we couldn't ask for a better place to be stuck inside great view of the mountains in this cosy warm condo. Lots of choices of entertainment, games, movies and the beautiful rooftop spa. Thanks Larry from Jo (nz) and Joan (aussie)

Property location was excellent, close walk to everything. Great mountain views from the top floor. Heated garage was a nice surprise. Kitchen fully equipped. Only downside was that both beds were uncomfortable. Overall, would highly recommend.

Stunning views
Larry was very accommodating with his condo. Shopping is within walking distance. Loved the underground parking. The town is very cute and everyone in it is very nice and willing to answer questions on where to go and what to do. Would definitely stay here again!.

Larry has been interviewed by news publications and spoken at VRBO property owner events on purchasing and running vacation rental properties

Laurie travels across Canada for her work helping other vacation rental owners decorate their properties.

Both of us are avid travellers. We have owned vacation rentals in Canada, USA and Costa Rica.

We still own 3 vacation rental properties with Laurie managing the bulk of our rentals. Together we’ve spent many months travelling the world (North America - 9 provinces, over 40 states) (World - 20 countries and numerous territories) not counting places we’ve been to individually. Our goal is to do a good job exploring this great world of our in the time we have here.

We are open to trading time at our properties during the off peak seasons. All our properties are fantastic to visit year around.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property for these reasons:

Stunning view of the 3 Sister's Mountain Range.
The sunrises off the balcony, or family room window are fantastic.

Central location between the new downtown core and the old quaint downtown. There isn't a more central condo complex to walk to both areas. E.g., Starbucks, Tim Hortons, grocery stores, restaurants (all within just a couple of minutes walking).

Roof top hot tub (3 hot tubs that are shared amoung units throughout the complex), gas fireplace.

Canmore is a great mountain town. It isn't as touristy as the Town of Banff.

Close to the Trans-Canada highway for when you want to drive in to Banff.

Very close to Elevation Place (public swimming, rock climbing) with access pass.

Other reasons:
High speed Internet easily capable of handling video streaming.
In unit washer & dryer.

What makes this property unique

2 rooftop hot tubs (plus one in doors). These are shared by the 3 buildings that make up the complex.
Located in downtown Canmore.
Small onsite gym but only a 7 minute walk to Elevation Place for an indoor pool, larger gym facility and indoor rock climbing (extra fee).
