Enjoy this lovely A frame lake home on Spring Lake!

Plan your vacation or family get together at this gorgeous home situated on Spring Lake. Spring Lake is a local recreation and fishing Lake, almost 600 acres in size. Our waterfront shoreline is only a few feet from the home, making water access very easy. Fishing is fun for kids and can be done right from dock. Feel free to get out on the water with Canoe and Paddleboat.

The main floor level is an open area with kitchen, dining area and Living room creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing. Outside, you will find a large deck that wraps around the home for plenty of outdoor space. In the lower area, there is a family room equipped with Playstation and assorted board games

This home features 4 bedrooms, each with its own flat screen TV, and a loft area to accommodate 8 adults comfortably. Additional sleeping areas utilize a pull out sofa and inflateable bed for group sizes up to 12

Evenings can be spent relaxing outdoors in the 6 person hot tub or gathering around a cozy fire.

Other property features include 2 fireplaces, a large screen TV, Play station games and an assortment of movie DVD's. There is also a dock, a canoe and a paddle boat for your lake enjoyment.

This beautiful Lake property is located 28 Miles southwest of Minneapolis in the community of Prior Lake and is only a 30 minute drive from the airport. Its location is ideal as if offers tranquility and relaxation but still within a manageable drive to any desired attraction in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

The Downtown district of Prior Lake emanates small town atmosphere and is located 2 miles north offering quaint shopping and many local conveniences. Enjoy fresh pastries and sandwiches at Edelweiss Bakery or enjoy fine Italian dining at 'Perron's Sul Lago' two local favorites.

There are several bars and restaurants in Prior Lake for those looking for live music, karaoke or general night life.

Enjoy drinks and great food at tavern Captains Jacks anytime during the day or evening. Captain Jacks is a social hot spot located directly on Prior Lake. For those who feel lucky, Mystic Lake Casino, is located 3 miles Northwest. Many other attractions within 5 miles include Canterbury Downs offering live horse racing, Raceway Park with weekend stock car and figure 8 racing, and an amusement park called Valley Fair featuring many thrill rides and a water park. There are several golf course located within 10 miles.

This is a wonderfully updated lakefront home in the southern suburban area of Minneapolis. We had lots of family in town for a wedding and 14 of us stayed, very comfortably, here. The place is beautiful, well set up with a good kitchen, and two "great room" areas that allowed room to spread out. Plenty of room to host a large group. Highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for our Twin Cities "stay-cation". House was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The owner, Connie, was easy to work with and very responsive to questions via phone or email.

What a fabulous place for 12 women to come and relax, cross-country ski, hot tub, cook and have a wonderful time talking and just enjoying each other's company. The house is spacious enough so that while you're cooking you can still talk and see everybody in the room and everyone slept comfortably. There is a trail close by that a few of us used that was very pretty. The owner Connie, was wonderful and responded to questions immediately and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this wonderful cabin feeling yet spacious house.

The house was everything my group was looking to have for a weekend away from work. The house was well furnished, comfortable, and the rooms were huge. Hot tub was a nice addition in the chilly winter season; I can only imagine how nice it would be in the summer being situated on the lake. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We are definitely putting this place on our list for possible homes next time we decide to stay in the cities!
