This perfectly located property met all of our expectations, most especially from a spaciousness perspective! Our group was in town for the LBI 18 mile run and this house provided the perfect spot to relax, hang out with friends and the kids and to sit around the kitchen table for great laughs! There were plenty of sleeping arrangements, sizeable bathrooms, large living areas, awesome upstairs deck, and plenty of kitchen supplies which only enhanced our visit. This house was very warm and comfortable and was situated close to every shop we needed: restaurants, grocery, ice cream and of course the beach! We entered a very clean and organized house which accurately represented the amenities/features highlighted on the website. The owner was very thorough during the booking process and offered as much assistance as needed for our stay! We would most certainly recommend this house to others and would rent again when back on the Island! Thank you Karin!

Great Shore House!!!

I stayed for week and it is a wonder house. It is very spacious, great view of the bay, and is great for friends and family. I would recommend not just this place for others to rent because of how nice the place is but also because the owner is very nice and very accommodating. The house was very clean and close to places to eat dinner or grab some ice cream for dessert. All around everything was great about this rental property and if I get the opportunity to go to LBI next summer I would look to rent this property again without thinking twice.

This house is perfect for the entire family. I stayed here with my husband and our entire family including my four year old niece. Everyone loved the house and the location and view were amazing. The bedrooms were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower!!. The kitchen is spacious and filled with everything you need to make family meals. The upstairs is open and airy and the big sectional couch allowed for everyone to spend time playing games and being together!!! The house is very clean and feels like home. We are definately coming back next year!! This house is truly a renters paradise!!

reverse living with fabulous bay views

This house is a gem. Four nice sized bedrooms that sleep 8 and a full bath on the lower floor provide comfort for all. The upper level is bright and sunny with open kitchen, dining area and living room with ample seating. We enjoyed both decks - whether looking south toward Atlantic City lit up at night or enjoying a sunset over the bay. Then the outdoor shower, grill, central air, garage for bikes and beach chairs n umbrella, and internet just made this house perfect-and for a good price! I'd definitely reccomend it to friends and hope to be back next year.
