Large folding doors open on to the upper patio from the living room area and overlooks the pool below. A gas fireplace provides ambiance for cozy, quiet evenings. The garden and pool have lighting and a music system for evening entertaining. A gourmet kitchen, open to the dining and living areas, has all you need for preparing meals and entertaining. A built-in espresso machine is ready for that early morning coffee before you head down to the beach. There is a convenient outside shower located near the front door for showering off when you return from the beach. The entrance to the duplex and double garage is through a security gate.
