The site is approximately 30,000 meters. The main house, architecture hillbilly, has a suite, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and sleeps 7 people. A space has attached room with four bunk beds and 2 baths, sleeps 8. With pool, private lake (fishing is allowed), barbecue, pizza oven, ping-pong, doll house for children. Cable TV. Visited by squirrels and herons, ideal for those who want to recover the energies through the quiet and sounds of nature. The home they live in the property 80 meters from the main house.

Atibaia hidromineral is a resort 50 km from São Paulo by Fernão Dias highway. The site is near the Magnolia Itapetinga Observatory, an area that is both close to town and preserved in nature. The main natural attraction in town is the Big Stone, March indicated that the gold route for pioneers on their way to Minas Gerais. Today is the Big Rock stage of paraglider flights and hang gliding. There are many tour options for those who enjoy hiking, and horseback riding trails.
