Less than 500 metres to the picturesque Dutchies Beach and only a fifteen minute walk to town this property will ensure you have access to the best Nelson Bay has to offer.

TOP LEVEL - The property accommodates 7-8 adults with three bedrooms located on the top level. The main bedroom offers spectacular water views and includes a king size bed with bedsides, a built-in robe and newly renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom, also with extensive water views, has a queen sized bed and built-in robe, with the third bedroom offering a king single bed and built-in robe. The main bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling in modern black and white tiles and includes a corner bath, glass shower, vanity and separate toilet.

MID LEVEL - The sun-drenched sunken living room with double sliding doors provides water views across the bay to the north and is stylishly furnished with a modern 4 x seater lounge with chaise, a double fold-out futon (sleeping two more guests), 81cm LCD flat screen TV, DVD, PlayStation and sound system with CD player and iPod dock. The front balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, taking full advantage of the water views and making use of the electric BBQ.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, under bench oven, stove top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. A round dining table with 4 chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. Step out from the kitchen to a fully fenced and landscaped rear courtyard with a 6 x seater outdoor setting and a 4 x burner gas BBQ with hood. Other features on this level include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine and outdoor fold-up clothes line (no dryer), along with a powder room.

ENTRY LEVEL - The main entrance to the property is located on the ground level, including an automated double lock-up garage plus driveway space with plenty of room to bring your small axle trailer boat.
