Composed of living room with TV + dining table + sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with stove + refrigerator + microwave, bathroom with hot shower and big box with natural gas heating system.

Excelente!!!

Apartamento ideal para temporada, completo, ótima localização. Estrutura da cozinha muito boa, permite fazer as refeições em casa se desejar. O proprietário é atencioso e sempre pronto para solucionar qualquer problema que venha a ocorrer. A equipe de portaria do prédio estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Recomendo a locação!!!

Fantástico a localização e atendimento.

Já fiquei hospedado diversas vezes no apartamento, a trabalho, adorei porque além de ir a trabalho perto da região, consegui aproveitar aos encantos da Lapa e região, o conforto e atendimento do apartamento, recomendo a todos.
