Luxury, Beachfront Villa with pool

Just settled back a home after a wonderful holiday at the SeaBreeze Villa. We are a family of 4 with children aged 15 and 12. After months of planning and many phone calls and e-mails with the owners Dave and Yvonne, this holiday couldn't have been better. Dave and Yvonne went above and beyond in making our stay at they're property most enjoyable. We flew into Belize City, rented a vehicle and drove right to the property, the directions they gave were bang on accurate. The pictures you see online are exactly what it is like, beautiful. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with the amenities as said on the web-site. Shopping for other amenities and groceries was close by and we found to be quite reasonable (except coffee, yikes!) The property is very well maintained by the nicest grounds keeper we have ever met.The pool was such a hit, so refreshing and clean. Dave and Yvonne had gave us a list of places where to shop and restaurants they recommend. We tried most of the places they recommend to dine at and they got it right, the food is excellent, and again, we thought very reasonable. We also used a guide that they recommended for diving, snorkeling, fishing and the Monkey River Tour, he was excellent and showed us a great time. We have scuba dived many places and diving Belize is the best yet. The reef is beautiful, untouched and full of sea life! We loved Placencia and spent alot of time there making friends with the locals. Belizian people are wonderful, they are friendly, honest, and love what they have. Some don't have much, but they are grateful for what they do have. I hope some of that rubbed off on me and my family. We have done lots of "all-inclusives" over the years, it was so nice to try something different and we really recommend this VRBO. To have Dave and Yvonne there when we checked in was terrific because they really made us feel welcomed and reassured us this holiday will be very memorable. They were right, this was one of our best holidays and we will be back to see our Belizian friends again.

An UnBelizable holiday !!!!

We recently stayed at SeaBreeze Villa for a fantastic 18 day vacation. Everything shown on the website was perfect. The Villa was extremely well appointed with comfortable furniture, beds and entertainment and "Wow" the view of the rising sun in the morning is spectacular. They even had satellite TV, so we could watch news or our favorite shows when we had time. The Villa, gardens and pool were very clean. We would highly recommend this to friends and family for the experience of a lifetime. From the Villa, it is a short distance to the small quaint town of Placentia, where there are many fine restuarants and local hangouts for those wishing to do a little partying. In town or through Dave and Yvonne, one can easily book fishing or snorkelling trips out onto the Ceyes (barrier reef) where you will see one of the most beautiful fish habitats in the world. There is also a river tour up the Monkey river where you will see crocodiles, birds and howler monkeys and have a lunch with the local Belizeans along the way. Will will return as it was a perfect holiday

We just returned from an amazing week in Belize at the SeaBreeze Villa. All I can say is, WOW! What an amazing country and such a wonderful villa to call home during our visit.

The villa was perfect for our group of four (two couples). The entire property and pool was very well kept. The villa itself had a remarkably new and clean feel to it. We were also pleasantly surprised by how soft the bedding and sheets were. In most of our previous beach vacation experiences we seem to end up with scratchy/cheap sheets, on a rock hard bed.

Most days were spent out on excursions:

The rest of the time was spent relaxing by the pool and enjoying the nicely equipped house (full kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock/stereo, and lots of books to read). Everyone in our group kept going on and on about what a perfect set up it was and LOVED the privacy. We didn’t see anyone near the property or on the beach, our entire stay.

Most of my interactions before and after booking were directly with the owner, Susan Baier. She was always quick to answer questions and very personable. The detailed “Belize travel tips” e-mail she sent out was also very helpful. It made our trip go much smoother.

We thoroughly enjoyed Belize and our entire stay at the SeaBreeze Villa. Coming from someone that travels 4-6 weeks per year and has been around the world, it was one of the best vacations we have ever taken.

If renting a car, pay very close attention to all signs for "Bumps" and "Pedestrian Ramps.” Some of them are HUGE and will suddenly appear on a highway in the middle of nowhere.
