BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

Located on one of the nicest courts in Mission Beach, this 1,320 sq.ft. Tommy Bahama style house with its designer finishes throughout and all brand new furnishings will take your breath away. The owner thought of everything that might be possibly needed for an unforgettable vacation. This home is truly stunning and incredibly thoughtfully furnished and decorated.

This spacious 2BR/2.5BA vacation retreat is the perfect beach get-away and can accommodate up to for up to 5 people (4 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

HOME DETAILS
The house offers two levels. On the first level, you'll find the kitchen, dining and living area. You will enjoy the luxury of a new 42” flat screen TV, DVD player and fireplace with wall switch in the living room. Mahogany French doors open to an exclusive furnished courtyard with comfortable seating for 5 people and gas BBQ, ideal for relaxing in the sun, enjoying the ocean breeze or gathering with family or friends.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances and finest top of the line culinary equipment. It offers travertine flooring, granite counters & vanities and custom shaker cabinetry with gravity closing drawers. You will have everything you need just like at home. If there is anything missing, let us know and we will make sure to provide it.

Both bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, are located on the second level of the house. The spacious Master Suite is a wonderful retreat in itself featuring King Bed, leather couch, flat screen TV, walk-in closet with safe and a furnished balcony. The Master Suite bathroom features 2 sinks, a jetted bathtub and a very spacious custom shower.

KIDS AMENITIES
If you come with kids, you will be able to enjoy a variety of toys and have access to any possible kids equipment: Pack'n'Play, full size crib, step stool, baby tub, changing pad, high chair, baby bath toys, baby and kids toys.

We provide everything you can imagine for the little ones and if you need something that we do not provide yet, we will get it for you at no extra cost.

YOU WILL NOT MISS A THING
In order to maximize our renter's comfort, we recently added AC to the central heating system.

Finest linens, nice towels, various supplies, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer in each bathroom and much more is provided for your convenience.

BEACH EQUIPMENT
For beach fun you can find nice beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty of sand toys.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

PARKING
The tandem-parking garage fits one mid size SUV or 2 economy cars (the garage door is 100 inches wide and the garage itself is 110 inches wide). There is additional overnight parking available at a close by parking lot that the city just opened up to the public.

LOCATION
This exceptional beach vacation home is truly vacationing at its finest!!! The house is located in the heart of South Mission Beach.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
For friend groups all must be over 30 years old.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

You can inquire through VRBO and enjoy their customer support along with ours but please note hat VRBO is NOT the Merchant of Record for Pacific Sands Vacations and that we process and charge for bookings through our own website/merchant provider.

VRBO SERVICE FEE
In case you decide not to move forward after sending in a booking request through VRBO or your booking can not be confirmed by us, VRBO's service fee will automatically be refunded.
