5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Sleeps 8 guests plus Owner

Shared Short term or Guest House accomodation, fully furnished luxury new 5 bedroom family home with swimming pool, central heating, air conditioning, two very large living areas, entertainment complex with Billiard Pool table, fully equipped office to share with international travellers male IT professional, border collie dog. Beautiful garden in lovely area with parks.

Train 20 minutes to Melbourne City and Entertainment and beach , 4 minutes to Hughesdale station on the Dandenong line, next to bike track to city, beautiful parks 100 metres away. Close to Biggest shopping mall in southern hemisphere Chadstone. Rent includes bicycle, linen, computer, printer, wireless internet, cable TV, telephone local & VOIP, all bills and breakfast and some basic foodstuffs.

Not available at the moment to groups of people that need 5 bedrooms or more as there is usually someone else staying plus myself who lives here. And particularly not available to a whole family who needs nearly the whole house for a few days as this would block any one else from coming for weeks before and after your dates.

The position is very close to the train to the central business district about 25 minutes away and the bus goes past our door. The Chadstone shopping centre is the southern hemispheres largest centre and is 300 metres away (grey on the map). The house is in a beautiful residential area with botanical gardens 200 metres down the road. There are many small restaurants in all directions plus Chadstone Shopping with theatres and food courts. The bicycle path goes all the way to the CBD.

Paypal but request an invoice to be sent to you. Credit card made to my computer business www..nucleuscomputer.com.au. Direct payment to my bank Commonwealth Bank of Australia but have to add $12.00 as bank charges that upon me receiving money from overseas. Local bank is no charge.
Fees And Taxes Includes Australian GST 10%
Note the rates are for a single person in one room. SO for 2 people in 1 room, just add $25- per day for up to 6 days or add $20- per day for 7 days or longer. Note in general a maximum of 2 people are allowed in 1 room unless a small child is the 3rd.
