This condo has it all, with direct access to white sandy beaches and turquoise oceanfront. Being a ground floor apartment, makes it ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs with baggage and shopping. Simply walk out the patio doors to the garden or poolside or beachfront. The community is secured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Restaurants and many other local attractions and gift shops and entertainment are all within walking distance.

Laundry services, maid services are available for an additional fee if desired.

The condo has plenty of natural daylight plus fantastic cross breezes which cool the apartment. The condo also has fantastic air conditioning for those needing a climate control environment.

Airport Transfer Services plus Shopping en route to our condo: Our agents can assist you with grocery shopping at the newest largest Supermarket (Super Pola) at San Juan Shopping Center.

Stanza Mare

The property couldn’t have been cleaner or more convenient to the pool and an expansive clean white beach. Eating in is good if you want to but eating out at the beach or in the neighborhood is all within walking distance. You can rent cars or excursions across from the office. Security is 24 hours a day. You would do well to speak some Spanish. It was a great trip at a very quiet resort.

Excellent locaton, clean, quite adequte

Very friendly owners, easy to communicate with. Space was clean, adequately furnished, good shopping and local resturants within walking distance. All good.

Stanza Mare

Stanza Mare is a little piece of paradise located in the midst of the local community The resort is beautiful but some of the units do require some upgrades due to the age of the place But overall our unit was as expected other than being short of the washer and dryer but the laundry facilities at the main entrance were absolutely amazing and turned out to be better than doing ourselves The entire grounds is stunning and constently being maintained by staff Our hosts Annette and Denis were absolutely superb in meeting all of our needs and any requests we had Like any new adventure there are always some things that don’t always go as you expected but overall I would give this one a 10 The entire community around this place is filled with friendly and welcoming people Highly Recommend this place for anyone
