This1 Bed roomed - sleeps 4, self catering, air Conditioned apartment on Parque da Corcovada is located at the Globe roundabout just a 10 minute walk from the center of Albufeira with its numerous Bars, Shops and Restaurants and stunning beaches. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, bath/shower room, living/dining room and bedroom with twin beds. Video security access to block and wheelchair and lift access to block and pool area. The living room has sofa bed and both living room and bedroom have a balcony with views of the pool and surrounding countryside. There is an on-site children's play area, Mini Golf, Snack Bar and Corcovada Clubhouse.

The apartment is in a quiet area yet within 10 minutes walking distance to the 'Strip' ( lively) and the 'Old Town' (traditional) and numerous beautiful beaches Santa Eulalia and Oura being the closest. Zoomarine and Aqua park 15 min drive ( tickets can be arranged at the Wish List Office located at the front of the Corcovada site). Several Golf courses within 15 minutes, the nearest being just 5 minutes away. For those who like to shop 15 - 20 minutes away near Guia is the Alargve shopping Center with numerous shops, large hypermarket, cinemas and bowling alley. Just across the road is small mini mart, cafe and restaurants, with a larger supermarket 5 minutes walk.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    30% non refundable deposit is required with a fully completed booking form to confirm reservation.
    Balance plus security deposit is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
    Payment is required to be made by bank transfer into our Portuguese Bank Account
    Stays of less than 1 week will be charged at 1/7 of weekly rate X amount of days stay plus 50 euros.

    Airport Transfers, Cots and Highchairs available for hire on request and payable locally.
  • A security deposit of 150 euros is payable with your balance
    We hold the security deposit against any excess cleaning / laundry/ replacement of furnishing,fixtures or fittings damaged during your stay.
    The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of your exit providing none of the above occurs.
    Full Terms and conditions will be provided with your booking form.
  • Larger parties can be catered for in same block on request.

    Longer term winter lets available price on request.

Amazing Home from Home

First impression walking in the door was "WOW". It was so much more spacious than can been seen in the photos. We had a good look around the apartment, especially the kitchen which had pots,pans,a full sized oven (yes we did use it), toaster, microwave,washing machine etc. I can't think of anything missing!
As a plus in our book, this complex encourages recycling and huge black designated bins are clearly seen outside on the roadside.
After unpacking we headed out to find the famous"Strip". It is a 15 minute walk, some of it uphill, but it is not unpleasant and is far enough away to insure a good night's sleep. We did this walk at all hours of the night and never once felt in any sort of danger, most people we met were just like us...coming home after a great night out!
The next morning we woke to bright sunshine and once the shutter went up we stepped out on the balcony to look at the pool and we saw there were lots of people but still lots of loungers vacant.We never actually made it to the beach, because we were so happy with the pool!
The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is spotlessly clean, linen service is once a week, you can walk comfortably to everything in new Albufeira and the Old Town is a 4 euro taxi ride away. Don't be afraid to explore the side roads off the strip because we found some hidden gems of restaurants in these areas. The Cockeral County Kitchen being one of the best.
In the 3 weeks we were there we did 2 big shopping trips once to Mondelo Shopping Centre (Continente), and the other to Lidl. Both are an 8 euro return trip by taxi. I personally preferred Mondelo because it has such a great range of produce.
There is a pretty good medium sized supermarket 5 minutes walk from the apartment walking directly across the Globe Roundabout, keeping the Fantastic Chinese clothing shop on your right and going a further 2 blocks.
This property is owned by Mike & Julie who were very helpful and friendly from the very start. Answering every question and email promptly.
We would recommend this apartment to friends and family or anyone else because it was just like home!

Robert & Carol,
We hired a car from the airport to the apartment,and the directions the owner gave us was spot on.
We thought the apartment was lovely,there is every think you need is there.
It is in a good location,for shops,restaurants and beach,all in walking distance.
And the pool is right out side our balcony.
The weather was really good in the 60's all the time we were there,and we did'nt see a cloud in the sky from the time we landed until the time we went home on New years day.
I would go again to the apartment,and i would recommend it to any one and friends.

We have just returned from a week in this apartment and found it exactly as advertised. It was fully equipped (except for a hairdryer) and we were so glad it had air con as the weather was very hot and it helped that the pool was just below our balcony. The Strip and Tourist train were only 5 minutes walk away so no need to hire a car. We would definately recommend the apartment to anyone.

Dutch family with 2 boys

Through the holiday rentals UK site we booked this lovely appartment in Albufeira for a short breakout in early summer with our 2 boys of 6 and 3.
Driving from Faro airport with our rental car was very easy and we received a warm welcome from the English speaking management staff always around on this nice and clean appartment complex.
The appartment on the first floor is very clean and well equiped and lives up to the expectation from the photo's on the site.
The boys couldn't wait to jump into the pool and we could watch them from our balcony. They had a great time with other kids, mostly from UK so they could practice their English.
The appartment is conveniently located for supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We also made a short trip to Silves castle, which we really recommend as a nice local village away from the beach resorts at no more then half hour drive.
The satellite TV enabled us to watch all games of the Dutch team in South Africa, who knocked out Brasil during our stay in Albufeira. Unfortunately after we returned home, they lost the final, but this could not spoil our memory of the nice stay in the Corcovada appartment in Albufeira.
Last but not least, the communication with the owners Mike & Julie, for booking and enquiries, was very friendly and comfortable.

This apartment is beautifully decorated and truly a home away from home. The location is perfect, a walking distance to the centre, strip and beach but just far away enough not to be rowdy.

Restaurants and supermarkets are also within walking distance and there was a little dvd rental shop nearby for when we wanted a quiet evening in.

The TV has freeview, the kitchen is fully equipped and theres air con in every room! We also found the owners and management team to be very friendly and helpful whenever we had an enquiry.

We would definately recommend this beautiful apartment and hope to return again.
