Well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home in sought after beachside location just a few minutes walk to picturesque Horseshoe Bay. Features include polished timber floors, spacious northern aspect living area overlooking established garden/outdoor entertaining area, combustion fire (tenants to supply own wood). Bedroom 3 is combined with TV room, family room with r/c air-conditioner, TV, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, GAS BBQ, outdoor setting.

SLEEPS 8. 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles ( & 2 good quality foam mattresses)

Holiday clients to supply bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen plus all personal requirements.

Bookings open SIX MONTHS in advance.
