Situated at popular Silverleaves on the east side of Cowes. Beautiful sandy beaches suitable for young children to play and swim. This 4 bedroom home sleeping up to 12 people and is only a short walk to the beach in a picturesque bush setting. PROPERTY FEATURES: Gas heating, electric cooking, microwave, small TV and VCR, automatic washing machine, partly fenced. 2 Bathrooms one with shower/basin incorporating Laundry the other bath and shower.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Check in time 2:00pm - before 5:30pm. Check out time strictly 10:00am.

LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED

Please provide your own top and bottom sheets, towels, bathmats, pillow cases and tea towels. If you require a linen hire service, please contact Phillip Island Linen Services & Hire at phillipislandlinen@gmail.com or call (03)5956 6296 or fax (03)5956 6260.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation.

A $33 booking fee will apply to the total amount of your booking.
