Spacious four-bedroom holiday home with spa in main bathroom and gas BBQ on deck

This spacious 4-bedroom holiday house is situated near the Lorne Country Club with views across the 3rd Fairway, making the rental a perfect destination for golf lovers!

The holiday home features a large deck with outdoor setting and Gas BBQ. This house will sleep 8 comfortable (1Q, 1 TRIO, 2S and 1 trundle). There’s also a futon downstairs. Take advantage of two 2 bathrooms (spa in main bathroom), 2 living areas and filtered views to the Lorne Pier.

Amenities include TV, DVD and CD players, microwave, dishwasher, electric split system air conditioning/heating, auto washing machine and dryer.

RATES:

Nightly rate - $290 min 2 nights (Public holidays 3 nights minimum)

February $2000 per week

1 Mar to 30 April, 1 Oct to 21 Dec- $2000 per week

1 May to 30 Sept - $1700 per week

26th Dec to 31st Jan & Easter - $3000 per week

*$500 bond and $25 booking fee
