From the master bedroom enjoy lovely views out to the harbour over the rooftops and national park. Large, cleverly set out house on a 1200sqm level block, with indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate every family members social time and privacy needs.
High tech audio and visual system wired throughout entire house and operable from all main living spaces with 2 plasma screens in separate living spaces. Wifi throughout the house. Both plasma screens are DVD ready and one has a x-box as well!! Enjoy a DVD in your own mini home cinema with the rooms with the 2nd plasma being able to be closed off with clever shutters and double sliding doors.

- St Elmo St is a wide, quiet cul de sac, at the end of which lies the Bradleys Head foreshore national park with bushwalks along the coast from Taronga Zoo wharf and beyond to Balmoral Beach and beyond. Taronga Zoo is literally a minute's level stroll from the front door to the end of the street and through a very short bush track.
- Buses a minute's level stroll away take you to the city ferry (2 minutes), Balmoral Beach (10 minutes), Milson's Point (15 minutes) and the city (25 minutes).
- The local Clifton Gardens Reserve and Chowder Bay offer beautiful picnic grounds, beach, play equipment, restaurants and cafes just 10 minutes walk down the hill
