Amazing beaches, world class golf courses, renowned Australia wineries, the famous Sorrento shopping strip and Portsea, and an array of culinary specialists all within 10 minutes drive or less! Whilst these features will undoubtedly attract you to Casa la Playa, it is the quality of this fabulous property that will clinch your decision. New and architecturally savvy Casa la Playa has a contemporary interior and is designed for those who like space and who also appreciate modern living. Aside from the oversized proportions, Casa la Playa offers an exceptional level of privacy for all guests in that all guest rooms come with individual ensuites, the bedrooms are spaced well apart and both the internal and external living zones are spacious. Casa la Playa is a brilliant property for entertaining - a chefs kitchen, informal and formal dining areas both indoor and out, a sports bar and a superb lounge area. Living & Dining

The very nature of a holiday house is to relax, to find space, and have some sanctuary or solitude. Casa la Playa has been designed to optimise the mood and setting that you require. The Lounge area is the social centre piece to the property. It shares an open plan space with the dining room and the bar area. Understated in a minimalist theme, the decor is modern with a large modular lounge with a large plasma entertainment system. The beauty of this room is the access to all the social areas including the oversized outdoor living zone which is accessed through large cafe doors. In the warmer months the combined indoor and outdoor living zones make for luxurious proportions and create an alfresco feeling regardless of where you are in the property. The bar area is a great haven to relax and socialise whilst someone with some culinary flair makes use of the chefs kitchen. The kitchen is immaculate again with large proportions and has all the modern conveniences that make life easy. If entertaining is your thing then you cannot beat Casa la Playa for facilities, style and space. The dining room boasts a beautiful 12 seater which has an element of formality yet with a casual sophistication.

Bed & Bath

Deciding where to sleep is the only dilemma you will have when staying at Casa la Playa. All bedrooms are configured with Queen sized beds except for Bedroom 4 where the king size bed converts into 2 singles giving configuration flexibility. A terrific feature of Casa la Playa is the fact that each bedroom has a private ensuite - great for privacy or if you want to escape and get some solitude.
