A delightful 3 bedroom house, situated in a quiet area.

Suitable for families, couples & fishing groups.

Driveway offers off street parking for boats and cars.

Private enclosed yard with gas bbq for outdoor entertaining. Electric Heating.

Approximately 10-15 minute walk to beaches, cafes and Country Club.

SLEEPS 6.  1 queen bed in main bedroom, 1 double bed in 2nd bedroom and 1 tri bunk and 1double bunk in 3rd bedroom.

Guests will need to bring their own linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

Pets welcome striclty outside only.    Garage not for use.   Smoking not permitted.
