Monterey has a fantastic floor plan and large dimensions to really enjoy your holiday and it doesn’t matter what time of ear you come here to retreat. Wonderful rich in texture the living room is just gorgeous. Beautiful muted green lounges, a stunning view of the garden, an open fire and a selection TV/DVD/CD creates a perfect adults retreat. It’s the sort of room that gives you a sense of peace at the same time leaving you with the feeling of great pleasure similar to what you would experience in a 5 star hotel. Toward the rear of the property is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Again this space is immaculate with excellent taste in furnishings. The kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook and/or entertain. The kitchen comes with a double oven, reconstituted stone benches and an island bar which gives ample space to create. The general ambience of Monterey will definitely inspire you! Of course you can always call Verve concierge to do the hard work while you simply enjoy the house. Separating the kitchen and family area is a bold dark wood table complimented red table ware. A fabulous contrast to the white kitchen and beautiful polished hardwood floors! Blending into the background is a large comfy chocolate brown modular lounge in the sitting area. Again this area comes complete with TV/DVD and CD. A great area for the kids! Adjacent to this space is a large and very private deck with an 8 seat alfresco dining and a large 4 burner BBQ. Where ever you chill in this fabulous beach retreat you will find it aesthetically pleasing and ultra comfortable.

Bed and Bath

As you would expect at Monterey the bed room configuration is fabulous as is the quality. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and the family area which provides privacy and solitude. A king size bed and a large ensuite are feature in the master suite which also has a beautiful outlook across the deck and into the garden. Very peaceful! The remaining 3 bedrooms and central bathroom are located alongside the family area and are configured as follows. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and both the 3rd and 4th have 2 single beds. Monterey very comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of Monterey! Simply stunning!
