Living and Dining

Aside from a double bedroom, the upper level really is dedicated to living. Again the proportions of this space are huge. The open plan design is not only fabulous but incredibly functional. The reconstituted stone kitchen is elevated by one step and is an inspiring chefs delight. There is ample room to create with the European appliances. A large breakfast bar is the perfect place for you to gather and enjoy a drink and to keep the chef entertained. The 10 seat dining table is adjacent to an entire wall of cafe doors that open on to a large deck with inbuilt BBQ, outdoor self draining wine and beer insulated cooler draws - which just require you to add ice, and a large lounge seating area. It effectively means that you can eat or cook both indoor and out. One cannot overstate this terrific feature – it really is inspired by the tropics! At the opposite end of the living zone are large sumptuous lounges, more cafe doors and a superb outlook to the golf course with glimpses of the water. A very easy stroll to some spectacular coastline and to the gorgeous village! On the lower level is a family room that has a modular lounge, TV, open fire and again a large under covered deck. A perfect place to gain segregation from the kids or a place to watch some sports on TV! The family room also comes with a wet bar – so its very likely many will end up here!

Bed and Bath

There are 5 bedrooms at Pride and Prejudice and the property very comfortably accommodates 5 couples. On the lower level is the Master suite which really is gorgeous! It has a king size bed with TV, an absolutely oversized ensuite with a separate spa bath that overlooks its very own private courtyard! This suite is a haven. For those inclined the courtyard has an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. On the lower level you will also find 3 queen rooms and a central bathroom and toilet. On the upper level is another double bedded room (and a single bunk) with access to the rear deck and of course a beautiful outlook. Pride and Prejudice is truly a fabulous property and of course has the style and beauty of being in the upmarket Flinders. How gorgeous having access to all the peninsula’s beaches, wine, golf, hot springs and the Sorrento strip yet being privately tucked away in your own oasis. Stunning!
