1 Queen / 1 Double / 2 Bunks

This well presented holiday home is located on a fully fenced block walking distance to the Silverleaves beach which is an ideal beach for families with young children. The property features an open plan lounge and dining room with slate flooring, and modern furniture. The lounge is equipped with leather sofas, TV, DVD and CD and stereo. There is split system heating and cooling as well as a gas heater and ceiling fans in the lounge.

The kitchen has electric cooking appliances and is well equipped. The three bedrooms comprise a master with a queen bed adjoining an ensuite, the second bedroom has 2 bunks and the third bedroom has a double bed, accommodating for 8.

There are 2 bathrooms both with showers and enclosed toilets. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop etc.

There is a single carport at the front of the property and the rear garden is landscaped and fully fenced with an outdoor shower. There is a great deck, a gas BBQ, outdoor setting and an outdoor kitchen ideal for entertaining.

This would make a great holiday home for your next family holiday.
