Comple refurbished luxury 4bedroom, airy spacious villa, inside outside living

Luxury 4bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with Caribbean flair set in .5 acres of tropical garden.As soon as you open the doors to Villa Pimenta you are struck by the spectacular ocean vista which can be enjoyed from the spacious living area, the large covered patio, or the beautiful poolside patio.

The villa is open and airy with vaulted ceilings and hand made terracotta tiles. The ceiling fans and the louvered windows allow the rooms to be kept cool by the trade winds.

The large well equipped kitchen, locally hand crafted , opens to the living area. Whether you plan on cooking a gourmet meal or using the BBQ you will find everything you need.

The master bedroom with King size bed and en suite is huge, and opens onto the covered patio, leading to the beautifully inviting pool.There is a pretty twin bedroom and bathroom , and a small 3rd sleeping area with bunk beds .A queen bedroom and bathroom, with sitting room and small kitchen at garden level give you ample accommodation.

If the owners are in residence the garden suite can be rented on a B&B basis for $67.00 a night.

Airport or port pick up provided and full use of pool.

Excellent for anyone wanting to island hop, or just get a taste of Montserrat.

Villa Pimenta is located in Old Towne, over looking the Caribbean ocean and Isles Bay Beach,with spectacular volcan views. It is a 10 minute walk down to the beach, and there a number of other local beaches just a short drive away.

We are a few minutes from the local supermarket,roadside fruit and veg stall, and restaurants.

Montserrat is not your typical Caribbean vacation destination. Things move slowly here, but you will find plenty to do and see if you can drag yourself away from the poolside. Excellent hiking trails, MVO and island tours with friendly knowledgeable locals. The Cultural Centre in Little Bay opened by Sir George Martin, often offers entertainment.Take a boat ride to view Plymouth, a modern day Pompeii. Rent a kayak and explore the coastline.

Excellent diving and snorkelling.

The information package at Villa Pimenta will give you an up to date list of restaurants and bars from casual to fine dining ,and everything you need to know to make your stay memorable.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • . There is a 7% government tax to be added to the quoted rates.
    A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure a booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Notes: Internally and externally everything is new. The furnishings were selected for your luxury comfort, and their Caribbean flair. Around the newly refinished 32ft pool are plenty of sun loungers. The covered patio has comfy prettily covered wicker furnishings for relaxing in as you enjoy the view and sip a cool refreshing drink. The tropically landscaped gardens can produce bananas and mangos, and the vibrant colours of the Borganvilla, Orleanda,Hibiscus, and Yellow Bells will take your breath away. Flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo are provided, with a growing library and CD, and DVD collection. Linens towels,and housekeeping are provided. Airport or ferry pick-up, car hire and starter grocery packs can all be arranged through our manager at renters expence. There are laundry facilities at the villa. The shimmering volcanic sandy beaches are usually deserted. The people of Montserrat are the friendliest you will meet any where in the world, and crime is virtually unheard of

Lovely Week in the Caribbean

Villa Pimenta is a fantastic home. It is spacious and airy with luxury appointments, including cookware and fixtures. It's all new! The view from the terrace and the pool is breathtaking -- not just the blue blue water but the live action volcano! The glowing lava flow at night was truly something to behold. Several good restaurants in the neighborhood, but the island is so small that you really aren't more than 20 minutes or so by car from anything. The people are incredibly friendly. For pure relaxation without feeling pressured to "experience" anything (long-distance hiking, jet boating, parasailing, bunji jumping, etc) other than a view, fantastic sleeping and a lovely swimming pool, this is the place to be. And the property owners and managers are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hope to get back soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful home , Wonderful views

We were very pleased with the villa. Our party of five had plenty of room and the house is well equipped. We can only say that the pictures do not do it justice. Located on a hillside, if we looked up and to our left we saw the volcano. Straight ahead was the ocean. Joanne was always helpful, as was the property manager, Pickett. He picked us up at the airport as promised. The people on the island were very friendly. I would suggest that you do not rely on the ferry service, however we found Fly Montserrat to be very reliable. We look forward to returning.

Relaxing, beautiful views and great hiking

Great service from begining to the end. The villa is well maintained with a beautiful pool and big deck that made our stay very relaxing. Recommend a car for the loacation or hire a taxi.People in Montserrat are very friendly and have lot's of stories about the volcano and the island. Boat trip out to see the island by water was the best with good views of the damage done from the volcano. Beautiful views and sunsets from the villa.

Piece of Heaven

Hi Joanne: I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed your beautiful Villa!! A real piece of heaven. We did a lot of sight seeing and met a lot of the locals. We really enjoyed our meals at the Olveston House. Devika was just great. She catered a wonderful meal to us one night.

Amazing week

We had such an amazing week here at Villa Pimenta- wish we could stay longer-next time !
The house is so perfect, we had everything we could need.
Lots of poolside reading, walking Old Road Bay and enjoying many Caribs-cheers !
