The essence of the planned disposition of the buildings is designed to maximise the panoramic outlook from each unit, and the result is a staggered configuration of four structures.

The curved roof plane creates a high ceiling, giving importance to the living and dining areas towards a continuous balcony and vista. The down-turned curve of the roof provides sun protection to the large glass area of the space. The balconies are alternatively concave and convex shapes, allowing wider spaces for outdoor entertaining that face the most favourable outlook.
