This gorgeous home is situated in the picturesque Silverleaves only minutes walk to the beach. This home is deceptively large and has 5 bedrooms, an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, 3 bathrooms and a huge entertainers deck at the rear that overlooks the reserve. This fully equipped home has a dining table for 10, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD player, washing machine & dryer. There is reverse cycle air conditioning which will keep you comfortable in any type of weather. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 also has a queen, bedroom 3 has a single bunk, bedroom 4 has a Tri Bunk (double & single), bedroom 5 is very large and includes another Tri Bunk and has access to the rear deck. Accommodating up to 12 people in this home is easy, there are large open spaces, large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 3 toilets, 3 showers and 1 bath. The huge deck has a table setting for 8 and a gas BBQ, this looks over a private native garden. There is a double carport and extra room for a boat if required. Silverleaves is located on the Eastern side of Cowes only minutes drive in to the business district, the Cowes Golf Course is just around the corner and the beaches in this area are quiet, beautiful and safe for kids. The Silverleaves store has great food and coffee so there is no need to head into busy Cowes for your essentials. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation.

A $33 booking fee will apply to the total amount of your booking.
