Stellar Vista is beach living in style.
Spectacular uninterrupted views over Kendall's and Surf Beach, Kiama township and the Lighthouse. Take in the views of the Blowhole or watch whales migrating in the great Pacific Ocean as you relax on the hammock, or chill out in the hot tub (Jacuzzi). Dine alfresco in the generous undercover outdoor area. The bedrooms and living areas all have great views.
Take a refreshing morning dip and wander back for a relaxing breakfast, or get up even earlier to watch an awesome sunrise.
Kendalls beach is just a 2 minute walk down an easy track. Kiama township is an easy 15 minute walk, where there are great cafes, restaurants and shops to suit a huge range of tastes.
Stellar Vista is quality accommodation (with 2 queen bedrooms) that sleeps 4 easily and can accommodate 2 children as well (Double Sofa)

Cancellation Policy
No refund for cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations 14 days prior will incur 50% fee. No fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, apart from a $25 booking fee.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS- HOLIDAY LETTING.
A security deposit of $500 is to be paid on arrival. Any repairs, replacements or special cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
The property is Non Smoking. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately (in rubbish bin). Please note that picking up cigarette butts left by guests is considered a special cleaning cost and will impact your security deposit.
No Furniture or effects are to be removed from the property.
Any damage done by the tenant must be reported to the owner immediately.
No parties are allowed on the premises.
If your behaviour or that of your guests causes distress, damage, danger or annoyance to neighbours, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately, with no monies being refunded.

We left early Sunday so didn't disturb you but did want to let you know that your apartment is divine. We admired many features of the apartment, and loved the location. Sunday morning I went for a walk and the little blowhole was in full swing - just gorgeous. On Saturday afternoon I sat on our bed, looking over the beautiful view, reading a book and having a glass of wine. Very luxurious!! We didn't want for anything - the apartment is very well equipped.
