I want to go on Holidays and take our pet too. I want a home, but with luxuries too!

I have found it..........at 78 Tepequar Drive Maroochydore.

Two Queen beds, one King bed and a King single bed

*Well equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking, large 900mm electric oven with gas cook tops – Webber on Alfresco area

*Bathroom and ensuite with an extra toilet downstairs

*Two car garage, lock up with remote

*Extra parking as well, secure

*Split over two levels, room to entertain

*Inground pool

*Relaxing canal views

*Private Boat shed and ramp

*Also supplied is a cupboard full of puzzles, books, videos, games, toys

*Kayak seating two is supplied to cruise the Maroochy river

*Fishing lines supplied (own hooks and sinkers needed)

*Pool floatables supplied

* Bucket and spades for the beach play

* Pet friendly

Please note: LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED. However linen is available on hire. NON-SMOKING.

Deposit is a minimum $175

It has a great location. I can visit the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. Fish in the canal using the fishing rods and kayak supplied. A short drive to the nearby Maroochydore Beach or play in the sand at the front of the canal. I can take the family and the family pet too. A portable cot and two highchairs are available as well.

Fabulous holiday house!

My family spent Christmas 2012 in this lovely house and it will definitely be a holiday we remember fondly. This house is so well equipped, with pretty much everything you can think of to make your holiday easy and enjoyable. We loved the back patio, canal views, fishing (although we didn't catch anything), kayak and pool. The appliances in this house are all modern and of high quality. The house is also beautifully presented and decorated. The house is big and airy with good breezes most of the time.

The property is also very secure, with a remote controlled gate and parking for all three of our cars & our Christmas day visitors. The house is located centrally in Maroochydore and is close to Sunshine Plaza and lots of pubs, restaurants, takeaway shops etc. We felt so at home in this house, we even found ourselves watering the lawn and caring for the plants because we appreciated how well presented everything was.

The only small negative for us, was that the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and we spent out first couple of hours cleaning from previous guests. Also the fan in the first upstairs room, would only work on a low setting. Just thought I'd mention this as feedback for the owners.

Overall we loved our stay at 78 Tepequar Drive and would love to return again in the future.

Re the cleaning; the agent should have been advised so cleaners could rectify this error. I am sorry. The fan will be fixed, thanks for advising us of this maintenance issue.

this is the second time we have stayed at this residence and we have already
booked again for next year.
the property location is very good as you dont have to travel very far your needs.
local supermarket in walking distance, courtesy bus can be arranged for the Duporth tavern for dining out and major shopping is only a couple of minutes drive away.
The property is very spacious and well appointed for your stay,fishing in the canal from the back door,bbq of an evening and plenty of games in the cupboard if you happen to get board.
The property is very modern with everything you will need for your stay in the kitchen as well as an extensive TV, DVD,Video and stereo to keep you entertained.
The grounds are very secure as is the pool area so young children are quite safe to just play in the yard as they please.
Presentation of the property is perfect, it was spotless and the grounds maintained very well.
If there was one thing i would like to see would be a double bed in the downstairs bedroom as our family are all young adults and are used to double beds but that would be the only point i would like to change .
Overall it is a great family holiday property and the area has all your needs covered from fishing to shopping as well as dining out swimming and sightseeing all just a short trip away .
I would recommend a stay here and have done so to other family members.
