Kims Beach House in situated approximately 15 minutes from Portland, with the ocean at the back of the property up and over the sand dunes. It is a short hike over to the beach were you can have your own beach with no one to bother you, take the dog for a walk, take the horses for a swim or just simple sit back and relax and watch the world go buy.
After the morning at the Beach it is time to relax on the spacious deck while enjoying afternoon drinks. The deck is also fitted with a barbeque and outdoor setting. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and is fully fenced. Three bedrooms featuring main with a queen bed, second room with two single beds and third room with one single. Parking for the car, boat and horse float. The home is light and bright and has a combined kitchen/dining and living with wood heating and double doors opening out the front deck.
From Kims Beach House it is only a 15 minute drive to Portland were you will find the main beach, fore shore great place to take the kids, eateries and a whole lot more. And just a little further down the road you will find Cape Bridgewater which is well known for the Seal by sea tour.
A great family holiday house and do not leave your pets at home why not bring them to. Horses welcome but please confirm when booking.
