The Ultimate in relaxed beachside living yet a hint of sophistication and style compliment this property. This Portsea property located perfectly with an easy walk to the gorgeous Shelley beach and 2 mins drive to the wonderful and quaint Portsea village. Winnetu is the perfect residence for a wonderful year round escape. The architecture of this property is inspired by the desire for casual yet sophisticated living and the absolute need for comfort regardless of season. The open plan design and the seamless indoor/outdoor living zone gives an overwhelming sense of space and style! It really does convert into a very luxurious feeling. The design of Winnetu also copes beautifully with lots of friends and family being accommodated in superior comfort and spaciousness, yet is also a wonderful and intimate retreat for those wishing to escape for a private and romantic getaway. The house has a wonderful sense of space surrounded by a private garden and bbq area that is totally fenced from the outside world.

Living and Dining

Size and space does count! Whilst there is little to be formal about while you are on a beachside holiday, Winnetu does have an element of sophistication that whilst providing a modern edge there is no compromise in any way on comfort and the ability for absolute relaxation The kitchen is the centre piece to the living area and has all the modern conveniences to make your stay care free and easy. The kitchen decor is classic yet modern and and is a delightful place to spend time in creating, however if you want that real 5 star experience why not call in our Verve Concierge service to come by and cook a fabulous meal for you and the clan? The central lounge and internal dining area share the open plan design. If you feel like some solitude then you can escape to a secondary internal living zone that is totally separate from the main living area yet still has the gorgeous view of the shipping channel. This living area has a large modular lounge and flat screen TV and does not compromise on space or quality of the furniture and fittings. Adjacent to this large kitchen/living zone are large sliding doors that open onto a wonderful alfresco zone that overlooks the gorgeous gardens, amazing view of the bay and bbq area.The outdoor patio has an automatic roof or vergola so alfresco dining is possible all year round. There is a large outdoor table, chairs and benches all with views of the bay.

Bed and Bath

The enormous master bedroom boasts a large ensuite and walk in robes. The magnificent view of the bay can be enjoyed from bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd oversized bedroom accommodates 7 guests in comfort with 2 double bunks with a single on top and another separate single bed. The central bathroom is located adjacent to both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.  This house is suitable for family groups only.
