Relax in the the large alfresco outdoor entertainment area and enjoy all year round swimming in the heated salt water 12 metre pool.

On winter evenings enjoy the comfort of relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the open log fire or make use of the 2 wide screen plasma televisions with Austar facilities, Stereo and DVD and CD players.

The large modern kitchen caters for the chef in all of us with its quality European appliances, including a double oven for large dinner parties, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Plus there is a large gas BBQ in the outdoor area by the pool.

Up to twelve guests can be accommodated in four queen sized bedrooms which includes one master room with double sofa bed, two bedrooms with quality queen beds,plus one bedroom with quality king single beds and a double sofa bed in the media room. There are two bathrooms, one with spa bath and one with double shower.

Complete with all linen provided, there is also a fully equipped laundry for guest use.

Close to all amenities - wedding venues, award winning restaurants, wineries, national parks, and only 4klms to the quaint village of Montville with its charming shops, cafes and galleries.

Plus only 25 minutes to the beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches.
