The Resort includes a flood-lit tennis court and communal BBQ entertaining area. Delatite Apartments is situated right next door to the famous 'Jig', Merrijig's Hunt Club Hotel. Pop in for a cold drink, hearty meal or enjoy some live entertainment.
During the winter months Mansfield – Mt Buller Bus Line collects guests daily from the Resort for return transport to Mt Buller Village and ski slopes. Alternatively it is a short drive through the entry gates up to the Horse Hill Car Park and chairlift.
A free shuttle bus service operates daily between the Horse Hill Car Park and Mt Buller Village.

Elm One -
Self contained motel style room with queen size bed and ensuite. Table/chairs, TV, DVD, kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster, hot water jug, fridge, crockery/cutlery/glasses etc, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Quality linen and towels etc provided. Self catering.
Sleeps 2 people.
Elm Two -
Elm is fully self contained and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Open plan living and dining area with TV, DVD and stereo. Reverse cycle air-conditioning. Laundry facilities. Quality linen and towels etc provided. Self catering.
Sleeps 6 people in a 2 bedroom apartment
Elm Three -
Elm apartment's set up is flexible, but brilliant. It can be adapted from a two bedroom apartment and separate motel style room to a three bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 8 people.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with spa bath
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, a set of bunk beds and ensuite bathroom

Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable no less than 2 days prior to check-in date. Arrangements can be made to be paid on collection of keys. If check-in date is a public holiday, payment will be required prior to that day.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 14 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
