The Residence Belehradska 35 is located near the historical centre of Prague - only 3 tram stops from the Wenceslas Square (by tram no. 11 - just 6 minutes away). In close proximity (100 metres) you can find a big supermarket open from 8 a.m. till 9 p.m., seven days a week. All apartments are composed of at least one bedroom.

New apartment located on the first floor of the second building. The apartment is composed of one bedroom / living room with kitchenette, a second bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with SAT TV, hi-fi audio system, Internet connection (RJ45 net plug), iron and iron board and hair dryer. The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a glass-ceramic hob with four hotplates and a refrigerator with freezer. It is suitable for 1 - 5 persons.

Very reasonably priced apartment close enough, but out of the tourist crush

This was recommended by a friend who had stayed there last year. It is very convenient to get anywhere in Prague from the tram stop outside the apartment. Vlad, the manager, was extremely helpful. There is a supermarket and 2 nice local restaurants with Czech cuisine just down the street. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

Only few complaints: the walls were very thin and the first few days there was a rowdy group of young men in the next apartment (although to his credit, the manager did get them to quiet down on a few occasions but we could always hear the snoring in the next apartment). The beds were not very comfortable but not bad enough to mar our stay. There is only a single washer and dryer in the basement but because of the extremely long wash cycles it was difficult to do laundry there.

Otherwise a really reasonable place at a good price.

I recommend getting a pass for the public transportation system if you are there any length of time. The trams and subways make it very easy to get anywhere you want to go in central Prague.

Had a really great stay

Great, modern and very comfortable apartment with lots of space and reasonably priced. Slightly off the beaten track but this is a great benefit as it avoids all the heavy tourist areas in central Prague.
Central Prague is very easily accessible from the tram stop outside the apartment just a few stops or a 15-20 min walk.
The owner is very friendly and organised. He saved us a lot of time by giving us a map showing our location and explaining which trams went to which locations.
There is a supermarket over the road and nice local restaurants in the area to sample real Czech cuisine without the premium tourist price tag.
Would recommend for a short city break.

Das Apartment ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und meine Familie hat eine schöne Woche in Prag/Praha verbracht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung zeitgemäß eingerichtet.

Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfbereit und hat gute Tipps vermittelt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut erreichbar und mit der Tramlinie 11 ist der Wenzelplatz auch Nachts gut erreichbar.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (Billa Markt) und Bäckerei (am besten mit der Tram 11 fahren (2 Stationen)).

Wir haben auch ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe gefunden, welches für ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis steht.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegen, mit der Strassenbahn flott in der Innenstatdt.
Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vermieter nett.
Leider, sehr, sehr hellhörig ! Man kriegt jedes Geräusch vom Nachbarn mit, von der Dusche, Küche und Toilette.
Nicht geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kinder.

7 tägiger Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen, die eine Abitur-Abschlussfahrt gemacht hat. Wir fanden die Residence ohne Umwege und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Wenn man mit dem PKW anreist, hat man keine Probleme den nahegelegenen bewachten Parkplatz zu finden. Dieser liegt direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir bezahlten 48 Euro für 6 Tage, sprich 8 Euro pro Tag. Unsere Wohnung war TipTop, alles was man brauchte, war auch vorhanden. Da wir im Juni da waren und es ausgesprochen warm war, hatten wir nur Nachts ein paar Probleme, da eine Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden war, aber dies war auch wirklich das einzige kleine Manko. Mittags oder abends kochten wir immer selber in der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einzig ein Backofen hat gefehlt, dafür war der Kühlschrank umso größer. In der Residence konnten wir auch unser Geld umtauschen und das zu einem unschlagbaren Wechselkurs, nirgends haben wir einen besseren gefunden. Wenn man Probleme hatte, konnte man sich immer an der Rezeption melden. Im Zimmer war ein Safe, wo wir all unsere Wertsachen verstauten, wenn wir weggingen. Man hat uns sogar eine Kopie unseres Personalausweises gemacht, damit wir das Original im Safe lassen konnten. Die Straßenbahnstation liegt wirklich direkt vor dem Gebäude und ist auch recht günstig ( wenn man jetzt denkt, dass es sicherlich laut gewesen ist, der täuscht sich. Man hat wirklich nichts gehört. ) Zu Fuß brauchte man ca. 15 Min. bis in die Innenstadt, per Bahn 5 Min. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt war gleich um die Ecke ( Wer die Kette kennt, es war Billa ). Alles in allem werden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Residence niederlassen, wenn wir wieder nach Prag fahren.
