Dolphin's Leap Beach House will take your breath away from the moment you arrive & realise how close you are to the beautiful Doddi's Beach which happens to be one of the best swimming beaches in Mandurah. This is also one of the few North Facing Ocean Front Homes in Mandurah. The house is called Dolphin's Leap as you can watch from the upstairs balcony, which overlooks the Indian Ocean and maybe spot a Dolphin Leap from the ocean as they swim by. When you walk through the front doors and enter the grand foyer with the sweeping staircase leading to the upper level you will be impressed. This house is situated in an ideal location and is next door to the Dome Cafe. It is close enough to stroll into the town centre to enjoy the restaurants, cafe's & bars or it is a short drive in the car. There are walkways & cycle paths for the energetic, 3 nearby Golf Courses plus Cinemas, Arts Centre, Kings Carnival & Dolphin Quay with its boutique style shops and cafes. Bus & Trains to Perth Nearby.

Mandurah is located appox 80km south west of Perth. It is part of the Peel region and Mandurah is the capital of the Peel Region. Mandurah is a fantastic holiday destination as we are surrounded by water. The name Mandurah originates from the Aboriginal word Mandjar which means the 'Meeting Place'. There's plenty to see & do in Mandurah & the surrounding Peel region. Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Snorkelling, Walking, Bike Riding to name a few activities. We have the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre - where you can watch a live show or take in some culture. There are plenty of award winning restaurants close enough to walk too. Mandurah is famous for the amount of Blue Manna Crabs & Dolphins that are attracted to the area & can be seen swimming off the local beaches & in the nearby estuary. We have the beautiful Port Mandurah Canals where you can hop on one of the many cruise boats and take a tour. We have world class golf courses & Marinas. Not to mention the many boutique style shops!!!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Australian Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • BOOKING FEE: All confirmed bookings will need to pay a $500.00 (Aud) booking fee. This will remain as your deposit until rental period starts. This amount will be deducted from your total tariff should booking go ahead as scheduled. BUT should you cancel for ANY reason this amount will be non-refundable.
  • BONDS: All bookings will need to pay a $1000 (Aud) Bond. This amount will be due with full tariff at least 1 week before arrival. The Bond will be refundable in full within 7 - 10 days after departure via bank transfer providing everything has been left in a satisfactory condition.
  • TARIFFS: We have a Low Period (minimum 4 nights), High Period (minimum 5 nights) & Peak Period (minimum 7 nights). All rates quoted include a full Linen Package for every person staying in house including Pool/Beach Towels. All rates quoted are for a maximum number of 8 Guests. BUT on Request we can accommodate 10 guests. The rate for extra people is AU$50.00 Per Person/Per Night. There is also a one off rate of $50.00 (Aud) Per Hire of King Single Foldaway Bed.

  • BEDROOM 1 - Is the master suite of the house and is located upstairs this room has a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. It also has its own private Bathroom with sunken Roman Bath. BEDROOM 2 - Is one of two junior suites in the house, it is located upstairs and has a private balcony overlooking the Pool Area. It has a En suite with a Deluxe Bath overlooking the Indian Ocean and a separate Shower. The Separate Powder Room is next door which has the toilet. BEDROOM 3 - Is located downstairs, this room has been designed to accommodate a wheelchair with extra wide doors into the room and into the adjoining en suite. The En suite has also been designed to accommodate people with disabilities. There is a sliding door leading out to the garden area. BEDROOM 4 - Is located downstairs, overlooking pool area. It has a sliding door leading out to the garden and pool area. This room has a queen size double bed. with access to family bathroom in hallway,

We would like to thank Jill for all her help. The house and the location were great.We wanted for nothing in the house it possesed everything that was needed for a family holliday.We would recomend this property to everyone.The views and location were lovley as were the neighbours,even though we didn't see them because we were out and about most of the time.We would love to visit again and again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Best House Ever!!

"Dolphins Leap was definately the best house we have ever stayed in. It has everything that you need and more. It was clean, neat, modern and in a great location. We were there on a girls weekend & originally planned to go out for some night life but ended up staying at the house the whole time. The girls are already talking about arranging our next stay there."

Like Living In A Palace!!

"Staying at Dolphins Leap was like living in a palace!! An amazing home in a great location with a beautiful view. Great for young families too as the kids had a great time. Will be definately booking another getaway again soon. Thanks for such a wonderful stay."
