Dolphin's Leap Beach House will take your breath away from the moment you arrive & realise how close you are to the beautiful Doddi's Beach which happens to be one of the best swimming beaches in Mandurah. This is also one of the few North Facing Ocean Front Homes in Mandurah. The house is called Dolphin's Leap as you can watch from the upstairs balcony, which overlooks the Indian Ocean and maybe spot a Dolphin Leap from the ocean as they swim by. When you walk through the front doors and enter the grand foyer with the sweeping staircase leading to the upper level you will be impressed. This house is situated in an ideal location and is next door to the Dome Cafe. It is close enough to stroll into the town centre to enjoy the restaurants, cafe's & bars or it is a short drive in the car. There are walkways & cycle paths for the energetic, 3 nearby Golf Courses plus Cinemas, Arts Centre, Kings Carnival & Dolphin Quay with its boutique style shops and cafes. Bus & Trains to Perth Nearby. *Note..We cannot accept bookings where guests want to hold parties, Small gatherings need to be discussed and cleared with the owner

We would like to thank Jill for all her help. The house and the location were great.We wanted for nothing in the house it possesed everything that was needed for a family holliday.We would recomend this property to everyone.The views and location were lovley as were the neighbours,even though we didn't see them because we were out and about most of the time.We would love to visit again and again.

Mandurah is a Beachside town located appox 80km south west of Perth. It is part of the Peel region and Mandurah is the capital of the Peel Region. Mandurah is a fantastic holiday destination as we are surrounded by water. The name Mandurah originates from the Aboriginal word Mandjar which means the 'Meeting Place'. There's plenty to see & do in Mandurah & the surrounding Peel region. Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Snorkelling, Walking, Bike Riding to name a few activities. We have the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre - where you can watch a live show or take in some culture. There are many great restaurants and eating places to choose from. Mandurah is famous for the amount of Blue Manna Crabs & Dolphins that are attracted to the area & can be seen swimming off the local beaches & in the nearby estuary. We have the beautiful Port Mandurah Canals where you can hop on one of the many cruise boats and take a tour. We have world class golf courses & Marinas. Not to mention the many boutique style shops!!!
