Relax on the large sun-drenched patio with magnificent sea views and watch the boats sail past! The beach is 50m away from this gated community with its large communal swimming and kiddies pools. The house has two double bedrooms one with a balcony and both with sea views. There is a full bathroom with shower and all rooms have hot/cold air-conditioning. There is a 32' TV with satellite and DVD. The ground floor has large living room/ kitchen with separate toilet. The kitchen has a cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. The patio is on two levels with sun awning and a place to cook outdoors with a hot plate. There is a tram station 100m away with frequent trams; south to Alicante and North to Benidorm & beyond to Denia. The towns of El Campello & Villajoyosa are 8min drive away or 10 minutes by Tram, with miles of sandy beaches, promenades and a variety of restaurants. Benidorm has; Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar. Bonalba Golf Course & SPA is 20 mins drive away

Some further details: This area of the Costa Blanca has one of the healthiest climates in the world according to the World Health Organisation. It is never too hot or too cold and is cooled by the sea breeze. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location with sea views from every room. Cooking fish on the electric hot plate outdoors is very enjoyable. Visits to the truly Spanish towns of El Campello and Villajoyosa closeby, allows you to experience the warmth and way of life of the Spanish people - while visits to Benidorm allows you experience a holiday resort with all its attractions. You can be assured this will be a very relaxing break! You can take the cheap electric tram beside the house and get off at any of the seaside towns north and south all along the coast and explore and have meals or coffee on the seafront. Very enjoyable!

There is a very popular sandy beach 50 meters from the property which is excellent for swimming and sun bathing. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach and a shop a short walk away. Large supermarkets like Mercadona and Carrefour are located in Campello and Benidorm 15 min by car or 15 min by electric tram. Long promenades with miles of sandy beaches and numerous fish and other restaurants are located in the very Spanish towns of El Campello and Villajoyosa while Benidorm is a short drive away or 15 mins by tram. Benidorm has adventure parks, water parks and wildlife parks and entertainment to suit everybody. The house is in a quiet and relaxing location in a small community of 50 houses with communal swimming and kiddies pool. There are electronic gates on the complex with car parking next to the house.

Notes

  • A deposit of €200 is required at the time of booking and the balance becomes due eight weeks prior to the start of the booking. If the booking is made within the eight weeks prior to the holiday then full payment is required by interbank transfer.

    An additional refundable cash deposit of €100 is payable on arrival to the caretaker Judy Benson. This will be returned by the caretaker at the end of the holiday, on return of keys and if the house is left clean and in good order. If damage has been caused or the house is left in an unclean state the caretaker will decide how much of the €100 will be retained to cover the extra cleaning or damage.

    A local taxi can be arranged in advance, through the owner, to pick you up at the Airport and take you directly to the house for €40 - €45 if you do not intend to hire a car. A similiar service is available, for the same price, on return ,journey.

  • Upstairs; the master bedroom has a large double bed, large built-in wardrobes, bedside lockers and large windows with spectacular sea views. Also upstairs, there is a second bedroom which has two single beds. It has double patio doors leading out to a balcony with magnificent sea views. There is also a large double sofa-bed in the main downstairs living room and a second smaller sofa bed also with sea views. There are just three steps up to the property from the inner road in the complex at the front with a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a large sofa bed on the ground floor which makes it ideal for use by an older person or children.

Notes:
The house is in a gated community and is secured by electronic gates which makes it more child-friendly. The Tram station is a 2 minute walk from the house and the local bus stop is outside the front gate to the complex.The Tram will take you south to El Campello in 15mins or north to Vila Joyosa in 15 mins and there are a large variety of shops beside the tram stations in both towns. The Tram will also take you further south to Alicante or north along the coast to many towns as far as Denia. The Venta Lanuza Restaurant 200 metres away serves great food. In the house there is a 32' flat screen TV in the living room with DVD player. It shows a variety of Satellite channels in different languages. The house and locality is quiet and an ideal place to chill out with the beach just 60 metres from the house. Guests are kindly requested to abide by the communal rules as displayed in the house.

A great location The house is nice clean and comfortable . The beach is sandy and with good shallow areas The area and beach is peaceful and quiet compared to the bigger resorts, but if you want them or the supermarkets they are easy to get to using the cheap and regular tram service( just 2-3 min walk from the house to the station)
There are not many amenities in the area but we found this no problem There is a local beach cafe which was friendly have a free book loan/swap, UK news paper available to read and good value snacks or meals . There is also a "pub" just a few minutes walk which bakes fresh bread in the mornings.
They are building a large luxury apartment block nearby however so it might get a bit busier in future
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

This is a beautifully presented and very well maintained and equipped holiday home for a family of 4. The sea view from all rooms - and of course the front patio - is delightful and the beach is but a short stroll away. The pool on the complex - only a few minutes from the house - is large and well maintained. Especially welcome during the very hot weather of our stay is the air conditioning in the house. The owner's agent is extremely helpful and efficient.

Lovely

This was our second visit to the community, first time we stayed in a 1 bed villa. Both have been immaculately maintained with all the facilities we require. The beach is lovely, weekends busier but most of the time so quiet. The Spanish restaurant over the road is great, Meal of the Day is great value but only lunch time (till 4pm) and a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The staff in there are so friendly, we've been in the region for 4 years and we are always remembered. I hope we will return again sometime soon.

Excellent Place to feel at Home

The property is exactly what one needs to really relax from all the years stresssss.
The place is well located with good communication links to Alicante and other downtowns arround this Area. The House itself is well kept, maintained and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable, Kitchen is well equiped. living room is perfect for holidays.
Property owner is very friendly and helpful with tips in Spain.
Care taker Judy is very very friendly and helpful.
In short it was a very nice experience.

The property was spotlessly clean, and Judy who looks after the property in Spain could not have been more helpful. We went over Christmas for three weeks and could not have had a better time, having christmas dinner on the patio, it does not get a lot better than that! You do need a car for main food shopping, although the tram system works well for trips to Benidorm & Alicante. All in all a very nice experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children
