Beautiful remodeled and updated one bedroom condo with two double size beds and pullout sofa. New hardwood floors in bedroom (no more carpet) Updated and remodeled bathroom. Fresh paint throughout. Completely updated and fully stocked kitchen. Two flat screen TV's wonderful view of the beach and City at sunrise and sunset. Location location

Great location, with wonderful views, fully equipped kitchen & beach gear. Only negative would be the uncomfortable beds and sofa bed. Apart from that we thoughly enjoyed our stay at this residence.

Location, location, location

Aloha, This condo has it all great views of Waikiki beach and Honolulu city, just a short stroll to beach and Waikiki main strip, restaurants, shops. Best of all the condo comes with all the toys you need for the beach (surfboards, body boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkelling gear and even reef shoes). Beds are OK, 2 TVs and DVD player make sure kids are entertained and ice cold A/C and the full size kitchen makes eating in a breeze. This condo was very clean and check in and out was super easy Allison was a awesome host Mahalo

Couldn't be happier

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Waikiki Banyan. It was my first time booking through a site like this and we were travelling with three young children so I was a little nervous. Alison answered all of my questions patiently and promptly before we departed and everything went seamlessly. The Waikiki Banyan is in a great location, just one block from the beach and easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The Zoo and the aquarium are also very close. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had everything we needed to make it a home away from home. It was great that we had the use of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc that were at the apartment too. Although the pool area looks a little dated it is still a great area. The kids loved it, along with the playground and we spent a lot of time there too. I can't fault anything about our experience with Alison or our stay at the Waikiki Banyan, it was perfect for our family. My only suggestions would be a portable washing line (drying rail) and pegs so you had somewhere to dry your beach towels and swimmers and perhaps a 'frequently asked questions' sheet that Alison could send out when you make your booking so you don't have to plague her with a thousand questions. We would most definitely recommend Alison's apartment and would love to return one day. 😎

Perfect Location

Great location. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and shopping. Nice view of beach and mountains. Perfect size condo for our family. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Easy check in and parking. Host was very responsive.

One Block from Waikiki

Property was as described and pictured. It could use an update, however, that did not take away from the convenience of being one block from Waikiki. The parking pass was phenomenal to have. The ocean view was breathtaking! We would stay at this property again. The vacation on Oahu was amazing!
