Walk through the entrance of this very quiet apartment and you find yourself in the spacious kitchen with a view beyond to the living room.
The kitchen has a wooden counter for dining, lots of counter space and cupboards . All amenities are provided: four-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator , dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, blender…
Walk through the kitchen into the beckoning living room with two windows facing South, the sunlight streaming in and overlooking the rooftops.
The spacious living room has a comfortable funky couch ( if you lay the cushions side by side, two people can sleep quite comfortably). The square coffee table also serves as a low-to-the floor dining table.
The (cable) television is framed on the wall above the electric piano.
Along the wall, a shelf is filled with art books. The lighting filters through two Fornasseti lamps depicting the face of the sun.
Everywhere, be it in the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms, or the bathroom, are original artworks – collages and photographs.
The bedrooms come off the living room.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed (160cm), and the stained glass window overlooks a small courtyard. A crystal chandelier sparkles light overhead, and crystal lamps on the wall shed light over the long commode and the leopard fabric patterned armchair.
The second bedroom has a small double bed (120cm), a desk, closet space and drawers. The window faces South overlooking the court and the roofs beyond.
Both the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom lead directly to the bathroom.
The bathroom has beautiful turquoise tiles, a bathtub/shower, a radiator towel rack. Here too there there is a leopard armchair, a crystal chandelier overhead and two crystal chandelier appliqués on either side of the mirror above the sink. And here too, a collage adorns the wall.
Each room, bathroom included, has beautiful mouldings on the ceiling.
And all the rooms (excepting the bathroom and WC) have white wooden floors.
The WC is separate and it too has beautiful turquoise tiles in the floor and a small hand sink.
