This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two storey holiday home is fantastic family or group accommodation. The main bedroom is nice and spacious and has a queen sized bed with built-ins and up market furnishings as well as a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, the third contains a queen sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk. All bedrooms have built-ins and are fully furnished.
The unit features its very own private courtyard off the front of the lounge room with a very comfortable outdoor setting which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon as you peacefully watch the sun set. Or indulge in a delicious BBQ and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.
The open plan living area looks out onto your own private courtyard and features glass sliding doors which let the fresh ocean breeze flow through. The gourmet kitchen has lots of bench space and includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave and benchtop hot plates, plus 1.5 sinks. There is a three seater and two seater sofa, plus one single with foot stool. An entertainment unit with TV, DVD and a stereo has been provided so don't forget your CD's! The main bedroom is located upstairs and has a Queen sized bed, large windows and built-ins. Bedroom two has a double bunk, 1 single bed, 1 trundle bed and built-ins and bedrom three has a double bunk, 1 single and built-ins. The spacious upstairs bathroom has bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom four is downstairs and has a Queen sized bed, built-ins and a fan. There is also a downstairs shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate laundry equipped with washing machine, and the dryer is in the garage. A third toilet is located in the laundry. BBQ facilities are located across the road and set in parkland. Situated in a prime location only 50 metres to the surf beach and a delightful stroll to the shops and restaurants, you will immensely enjoy your stay.
