Villa accomodation comprising of 3 apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms

This modern & luxurious property is situated in the quiet village of Mellieha and enjoys the tranquillity of the area, thus is only a few minutes walk to the local amenities of the village, such as supermarkets, bus stop, bars & restaurants, coffee shops, banks etc.

The popular sandy beaches are only 5 mins away by car or the bus.

These 3 villa apartments share the exquisite pool and sunbathing pool area which is fully equipped with garden and pool furniture together with a gas charcoal BBQ.Shower and toilet facilities are also found within the pool area for your comfortable use.

The 3 villa apartments consist of 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms each and the third apartment with 3 bedrooms.

This villa can be rented as one property sleeping 14/16 persons or as individual units.

All 3 apartments have their own laundry facilities, large TV with Satelite,Wifi-Internet, and aircondition which is charged as per use.

It is a wheelchair friendly property and also ideal for elderly persons.

Apartment 1 - 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room: Villa apartment 1 is a brand new accomodation decorated with brand new top class furniture, a large TV with Satelite.Full shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

The open plan living area leads to the pool area.

Aircondition is found in both bedrooms and also in the living area.This is charged as per use.

Apartment 2 - 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and 1 shower: Villa apartment 2 offers a very spacious sitting and dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen.The firsrt bedroom has the double bed and the second bedroom has the 2 single beds.

There is a full bathroom with bath and another seperate shower room complete with toilet and sink.

In this apartment the aircondition is found in the living area and is to be paid as per use.

Apartment 3 - 3 bedrooms with 1 bath and an ensuit: Villa apartment 3 has a secluded and shaded patio area where one can wine and dine outside in privacy.

The entrance to this apartment has the welcoming spacious dining and sitting area together with the fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms have a double bed each and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.One of the double bed bedrooms enjoys the luxury of the ensuite shower room.

The bathroom has a corner bath and also with toilet and sink.

There is an AC in the living area and also in the main bedroom and is charged as per use.

The house is very nice and brand new. The pool is huge, clean and has a nice view. The tenants are very helpfull. The house is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The apartment was beautifully situated and the owner very warm hearted. The pool area was flawless and we enjoyed ourselves very much. i have no complaints.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
