Apartments and houses on the outer part of the old town, rental with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with terrace or private garden, and shared garden and swimming pool. Construction incorporated to the surroundings, made with natural materials, modern decoration with detailed designs. South oriented with excellent views of the town and valley, to the north it has views of the mountain. Fully equipped dwellings, appliances, open plan kitchen and flexible layout.

Ultralight aviation: On the same municipality as Moia, there is an ultralight aviation airport.

Birds of Prey: In Sant Feliu de Codines, 17 km, there is a breeding and observation centre for birds of prey, 'El Cim de les Aligues'.

Duplex attic with panoramic view of the rooms. Wooden roof and carpentry. Living room on the upper floor with 25 sq.m open plan kitchen and sloping roof. 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Main bedroom with 13 sq.m double bed and second bedroom with two 10.5 sq.m beds. Sunny 9.0 sq.m terrace to the south. Cupboard, storage on the common area. Fully equipped kitchen with built in appliances. Marble surfaces on the kitchen and bathroom. The total living area is of 70 sq.m inside and a 9 sq.m. terrace. Common areas outside of around 800 sq.m. The apartment has heating.

nice place for a combination walking /citytrip

Our family (with 2 'kids' 16 and 19 years) stayed in the apartment for 12 days. It's a really nice place: much light, good beds, a fine terras, even a good oven a calm place and a lot of shops in the neighbourhood. It's a good place for walking in the fantastic area as well to visit Barcelona, Girona, Vic... Carlos gave he gave us useful advice for Barcelona (where to park the car, tips for modern architecture...). We've had a very good vacation, everything went very well!

Excellente prestation

Appartement clair et spacieux. Nous étions 7 personnes. Accueil très chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. Seul petit bémol, le frigo et le micro onde n'avaient pas été nettoyés. Sinon tout était parfait pour des vacances en famille. Je déconseille si vous avez des ados. Le village ne présente pas d'intérêt particulier. Ils risquent de s'y ennuyer. Sinon 45 minutes pour aller à Barcelone. Attention aux radars qui sont multiples.

Owner's Response: Merci pour le commentaire. Je regrette l'erreur dans le nettoyage des appareils, la femme de ménage était nouveau. Je n'ai pas eu le temps d'examiner, l'appartement était libre ce même jour. Désolé pour la gêne occasionnée.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et beaucoup d'espace .
2 salles et 2 wc.
Appartement duplex avec parking couvert gratuit et piscine privée.
Location située dans un petit village de montagne à 45 min de Barcelone.
Voiture indispensable.
Le couple de propiétaire est très gentil ainsi de Georges qui gère la résidence.
S eul le soleil manquait.
