You want a vacation. You NEED a vacation!!!! Or maybe you have some work in Honolulu (lucky you), visiting family or considering a move to paradise (again, lucky you).

You want a clean home-away-from-home with a great location, enchanting views, many amenities, and NO RESORT/HIDDEN FEES!!! Well, this piece of paradise at Waikiki Beach with ocean and full Diamond Head view is the perfect place for you!

We completely remodeled in 2013 with new kitchen appliances, tile flooring, cabinets with granite counters furnishings! It is a comfy 600 square-foot condo that sleeps up to four people with one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, living room and private lanai (balcony). The bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen size sofa bed. In September 2022, we refinished the bathtub and shower walls.

For your convenience and security, we will ask you for a code that is easy for you to remember, and we will use it to set the keypad lock to the room.

The room comes with free private WIFI, flat screen tv, cable TV, all linens, beach towels, full-size refrigerator, stove, stove with pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board, two (or more) full-size boogie boards, two (or more) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, and a small beach cooler.

The full kitchen contains all you will need for your stay: plates, glasses, silverware, a full-size stove, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for a small child.

We provide a parking pass that gives you one free unassigned parking stall in the onsite parking garage with full in and out privileges.

In case you have to do some work during your visit (or have a LOT of photos to share), we have installed your own private free high-speed internet and WIFI so you do not have to share the network.

This unit is in the very popular Waikiki Banyan condominium with great amenities and is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most famous beaches in the world! A large recreation deck on the 6th floor has a swimming pool, spa/hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, tennis court, children's playground and snack bar. Every floor of the building has a trash chute and coin-operated laundry.

It is also close to the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Waikiki Marine Life Conservation District, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets and many more fun activities. It is within easy walking distance of the new International Marketplace, popular spots like Duke's, Blue Note, a grocery store, and hundreds of shops.

If you have been to Waikiki before, you will appreciate that this property comes with FREE PARKING. And if you don't want to drive but visiting other locations is on your agenda, it is right next to bus stops that give you access to the whole island.

Fantastic
This is a fantastic place to stay. Very comfortable, very clean, very nice. A great location, 5min walk to the beach and the shops, 2min walk to the bus stop. A great view. Facilities in the room and building were fantastic and user friendly. The only problem we found were the lifts can be very slow depending on the time of day. There needs to be more shade around the pool area…….but all I can say is pfft easy to work around it. Overall we rated it a five star, a fantastic place that made our stay even better.

Excellent stay. Great apartment.
We loved staying in Steve's apartment. It is clean, much bigger than we had imagined, had everything we needed and is in a great spot. The apartment is only one block from the beach, has a great cafe at the bottom and is close to lots of shops and great walks. Steve was really helpful and was easy to contact during our stay. We travelled with a young child and the apartment had a travel cot for us which saved us bringing one. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

We have owned and managed Hawaii Vacation Rentals since 1993 and helped many thousands of guests to enjoy their stay in paradise. We are a boutique rentals and sales company that focus our attention on a small number of properties.

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property is here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property the rent can help pay the bills.
