Magnificent front of the Cathedral, super deluxe terrace in the Barrio de Santa Cruz

From the windows of the apartment above the orange Mateos Gago street, the Cathedral is seen at its best, this apartment occupies the first two floors of that has this old manor house and Barrio de Santa Cruz, the which share the upper terrace, dominated by the Giralda, awakens the senses and gets leave a lasting memory of the visit to Seville. The house was built in 929 and 1 in 1971 was adapted Art Gallery until 1990 rehabilitated resulting in its current state. At 77 square meters, excluding the terrace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, kitchen and a spacious living room of 25 meters with a sofa bed, ideal for a group of up to four people although they could also get five people. The charm and magic of Sevilla is especially bright living from this private apartment.

Perfect location!

My husband and I just spent 8 days at this lovely apartment. It was our first visit to Seville so we really had no idea what neighborhood we wanted to be in, but now that we know the area we realize this was the best place to be.
From the balconies, in addition to the orange trees blossoming just below, there is a fantastic view of the Ghiralda and at sunset it's great. Lots of church bells and street noise but with windows closed it's quiet for sleeping and the bedrooms are in the back, overlooking a much quieter street
It's on a very lively street with lots of tapas bars and restaurants and we sampled lots of them. Many other very good restaurants are within a couple blocks. It's also close to all the other sites you might want to visit, and an easy walk.
Pilar met us right on time when we arrived and gave us some helpful tips.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to return some day soon.

séjour inoubiable!!!

L'appart est idealement placé à côté de la Cathedrale, à quelques mètres des Alcazares Reales, tout proche de la plaza de Espana... Il est situé au coeur de ce qu'il faut voir à Séville. en plein centre ville, bref un cadre exceptionnel, que dire d'autre, c est tout simplement rêve à l état pur...
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appart, au look d'un autre âge, avec des chambres confortables. En plus on a disposé d'une grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre l'apéritif sous la lumière de la lune.
J'y ai passé 3 jours : bilan positif à 100%.

Seguro que repetimos!!!

Por motivos de trabajo, mi marido y yo solemos ir bastante a Sevilla. Esta vez nos acompañaron unos amigos y decidimos quedarnos en un apartamento en lugar de un hotel.
La experiencia ha sido inolvidable. La situación, inmejorable. Si vienes para conocer Sevilla, este es el lugar. Tienes enfrente la Giralda!!!! la Catedral!!! todo está cerca.
El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Ya no volveremos a un hotel, Cristobal, ha sido estupendo. Ya tenemos el sito, nada de hoteles, este apartamento nos ha encantado.

Estancia con Magia.

El apartamento es muy agradable y de fácil acceso para visitar Sevilla.
La terraza tiene unas vistas majestuosas con la Catedral al lado.
No tuvimos necesidad de desplazarnos mucho porque todas las visitas culturales se pueden ir a pie. Catedral, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias, paseo por el Guadalquivir.
Me ha encantado la situación, en pleno Barrio de Santa Cruz, con sus bares para tapear a buen precio.
El apartamento tiene un baño muy original, una cocina con todo lo necesario y dos habitaciones muy cómodas.
Aconsejo este apartamento por su situación y por su limpieza y comodidad.

ganz okay aber sehr lärmig

hallo, die wohnung an sich ist schön, kleinigkeiten wie defekte leselampe im schlafzimmer oder fehlende gläser im küchenschrank (nur 1 sekt - und 1 weinglas) oder die defekte duschaufhängung fallen da nicht wirklich ins gewicht. was richtig nerven kann ist dass die wohnung direkt über lärmenden kneipen mit außengastronomie liegt, hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich sie nicht gebucht. das an sich schöne wohnzimmer ist so ab mittags dauerbeschallt. und morgens wird geräuschvoll der nachschub geliefert. alles in allem eine eher gemischte erfahrunbg. die terrassenbilder sind übrigens von der dachterrasse, die über den hausflur zwei treppen hoch erreicht werden und wahrscheinlich geteilt werden muss (die wohnug über mir schien allerdings während meiner reisezeit nicht belegt).
