From the apartment windows above the orange trees of Calle Mateos Gago, is the Cathedral in all its glory, this apartment occupies the first of two plants that has this former stately home of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, which share the upper terrace, dominated by the Giralda, awakens the senses and get to leave an indelible memory of the visit to Seville. The house was built in year 1. 929 and in 1971 was adapted as an art gallery until the year 1990 was restored resulting in its current state. In the 77 square meters, excluding the terrace has 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, kitchen and a spacious living room of 25 meters with a sofa bed is ideal for a group of up to four people but also could enter five people. The charm and magic of Sevilla live especially since this bright, centrally located apartment.

  • The base price of this apartment is for 2 people, 90 euros and 565 euros night week. For 3 and 4 people is 100 euros and 630 euros night week. At the time of booking is requested by 20% in advance by bank transfer or paypal and get it paid the 200 € deposit along with the rest of the money, all in cash. At Easter the price increased by 110% (for its privileged situtación) and Feria de Abril is increased by 80%. This apartment makes very good impression on all the people who stay. When check-in takes place later than 21:00 h. be paid a bonus of 30 € for night.
