Hopewell is conveniently situated along the north coast about 25 to 30
minutes from Montego Bay Airport. It has all the amenities (PO, super-
market, local doctor, hardware store and street market etc.) of a holiday
destination with many bars. Taxis are always to hand. In Jamaica a car
is not a must, but to get around it is advisable to hire a car for your own ]
use.
Ocean View Guesthouse, which is beyond the town, just off the main road, is ideally located for sightseeing and gives you a fantastic view of
the coastline. The facilities are airy and spacious and well maintained. Staff are always obliging and helpful. If you want to savour the sea
right here you can. Plush golf facilities courtesy of Triall Golf Course and Club are within easy reach. All in all staying here is money well
spent.
